Martin and the rest of the staff has been amazing. We got burned by Verizon and Martin got us the best prices on our phone that we signed my parents up for our plan. We are saving over a grand a year in comparison to Verizon!

The guy at the store last week completely messed up on my brand new account! He placed his own zipcode in my account, messed up on my name,and messed up on my security questions! Fire Brian,because he has no clue on what he is doing. I had to go to a different location just for them to tell me that everything was incorrect. I had to call customer care for them to fix everything. Even the entire address was the stores address! Get him off the floor or train him properly,but he should NEVER be at the store ever by himself! Absolutely the very worst store ever!
