Mitch and crew at DOE are very very kind and nice to work with. My mother ordered a lateral file cabinet and it ended up being too large for the space. She decided she wanted it moved to the basement and since it was WAY TOO HEAVY for us to move. we called DOE to see if they would help. They offered to assist for a very reasonable fee.
