I have dealt with this company for a while. Face it when cold weather comes i think all companies that sell oil seem to become one star companies. there is nothing saying you have to wait till your empty to have your tank filled.Overall i think they have fair prices. Keep an eye on your tank and dont wait till its empty to order and if you dont then theres always the pumps at the gas station.

The company was really good to me during a crisis. I would have dealt with frozen pipes on a rental property that had been vacated, if not for CN Brown. They understood my situation and made things happen! The woman on the phone provided great customer service and great compassion for my situation. I am pleased i choose them for my heating oil needs.

I think cn brown is great I have called when noticing Ive gone to low on oil, they ask how much oil do you have, and if temps are low they make sure to deliver .good company been a costumer for five years now . thank you cn brown

I would give it a 0 if I could. This company truly lacks any customer service skills. If their phone isnt busy all day then they just dont answer. When you have to call the Lancaster office to get anyone to answer they say they will e-mail them for you and then you NEVER hear anything back. Nothing but true frustration in the winter when you are almost out of oil. I will never use them again.

Good people and great services

This company decides to come out and take both of our propane tanks one of which was 100% full and the other at 80% with me being a co-owner of the property and the other co-owner currently deployed in Texas with the army and after notifying them to hold off before coming to the property and trying to take the tanks to give us a couple days so the other owner could transfer everything into my name for the two tanks that were already paid for along with the gas that was paid for they decided to come out and take the tanks while I was at work and I got nothing but rude responses from a supervisor at the propane office in Lancaster New Hampshire this has to be one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful companies I’ve ever worked withOn a sidenote we didn’t notify them that one is used for a stove and the other one is used for a garage

Good customer service.

Awful customer service. You have to wait until your pipes freeze for them to deliver oil. Been a customer for a while now....no longer!! I tried 5 times to order oil and got nowhere!!
