I was referred to master tech by friends( the owners son) and I was not disappointed!!! Jim and his staff are very nice and helpful! First time I was in they couldn’t do the repair I needed because of parts but ordered the parts and took care of my inspection and oil change!! The part came in the very next day and they had my car fixed and ready to go within a very reasonable amount of time! Thanks so much guys! I will be back!!

Best experience at a shop yet. I took my volvo to Master Tech for an inspection, tire leak and to fix my air conditioner. Another mechanic told me the A/C would be an expensive module. The Master Tech mechanic found that it was only two valves. They saved me a lot of money and repeated visits to the shop. Their inspection service was fantastic. Thorough and transparent. They sent pictures of any issues like my worn belts and suggested fixes. They had me in and out with within a few hours. I thought I would be leaving it there over night. The price was very sensible. I will be a return customer.

This has got to be one of the friendliest shops I have ever been to. Jim had personally researched which tires would be best for my car and charged me an extremely fair price. He even looked my car over when I told him about a noise my car was making and he was honest enough to tell me it was just the tires and nothing I didnt need. This garage has all the latest equipment and knowledgeable technicians. They complete work satisfactorily and on time. Their cost is comparable to others in the area and in some areas less. Jim is trustworthy and honest. They go out of their way to make a happy customer that will return when repair work is needed. Only negative that I could find is they close at 5:00pm on weekdays and are not open on Saturdays causing working people to go somewhere else if they work. They do all the work on my vehicles.

WOW ! What can i say about my experience with Master Tech. Jim and his mechanic Jay know their stuff ! I’ve had all three of my vehicles to their garage with all different problems. They diagnosed my vehicles and fixed them right the first time. Both guys spend a lot of money upgrading their tools and diagnostic systems. They’re constantly learning about the newer vehicles. True technicians in the field. I would recommend them for any automobile needs from a flat tire to a complete rebuild.

Great service, great people

MasterTech saved me from having a very bad day.I had recently had my tires rotated while getting the oil changed (at a different place). I noticed a vibration in the front end, and had MasterTech check it out.They saw that the control arm bushings were shot and needed replaced. While they were looking around they noticed my serpentine belt was cracking, so that got replaced too. During the process of doing that they found my front motor mount had basically destroyed itself.They did all three repairs, had me out the door in just a little over 3 hrs, and saved me from a costly repair if the belt or motor mount had failed completely.

A friend of mine recommended MasterTech to me when my cars authorized dealer couldnt figure out what the electrical problem was with my car. I heard that Jim was great at diagnosing electrical problems in vehicles and I wasnt disappointed. Jim kept me informed while he was working on it, he did what he could to keep the cost down and he fixed the problem!
