Been a loyal customer for a year now never late in bill my phone service is not working they fail to fix it but just want me to pay for an insurance claim

Even if you pay out rate for your phone and you cancel your service your phone will not be unlocked without being on them for 6 months thats 180 days of service you must have with them before you can claim your phone is yours even though you pay outright for it total unfair business

Joan is so helpful. .very knowledgeable patient..great customer service.she is the best. Have not had one occasion where she could not fix my issue. Metro you have a great employee hang on to her! 💞😀

I went in to get time put on my husbands phone. It would have needed a new SIM card and then add time. She got me a new phone with sim card and time and saved me money on top of that. Shelley is absolutely an amazing young lady. Extremely polite smart sweet and kind. I will only go to her. If she isnt there I will come back when she is. This amazing young lady deserves a raise. There really isnt anyone better then her. She also gave me an amazing deal on a screen protector and case. Always see Shelley. She is the very best.

Joan and Diana were great! My phone was not working at all. Joan fixed it! Then she and Diana loaded my Amazon prime and Google 1. They were very, very nice and knowledgeable. Thank you ladies! Ill be back when I upgrade.

I have been with metro pcs since 2016. 5 lines for $25 a line . Never had any issues would recommend to anyone not wanting a huge contract bill with other providers

I recently started service with them a few weeks ago and thus far have been very satisfied with it. The saleswomen were excellent and starting a new service plan was fast and easy. They were also very pleasent and outgoing and kept conversation going while I waited. I had promised them a review and I was a little late providing a it but here it is and thanks again!

I was a little skeptical when I went in because I thought they would sell me something i didnt need or want. They were very helpful and explained everything in detail. I got service that I wanted and no extras and I got the phone for free. I would definitely recommend anyone to go see Diana, Joan, and Shelley to get excellent customer service.

If i could leave no stars I would. Absolutely the worst experience ever. No one at this stores knows what gheh are doing cant even proceas a transaction correctly a sale or a return. The second girl we dealt with was sweet but had to call the manager to do a return manager was on speaker phone and said ive never done a return. Rewind to our original purchase. The guy who helped us was clueless had issues porting our numbers the more experienced girl only cared about leaving so she could go and party. They rushed threw the end of our transaction and of course made a mistake which tooknanother 45 min to correct. I got home and low and behold they added insurance to every line (not authorized by me) and instead of my tablet being on the 15 dollar plan it was on the. 50 dollar plan. Tried to return with in the 7 days... Absolutely the worst 3 ring circus i have ever seen...

Excellent service and values. I was impressed with the lack of high-pressure sales tactics, and the service rep was knowledgable and helpful. She didnt try to push any program, but listened to what my family needed.

There was a technical problem with my phone and they changed the SIM card and somehow they fixed it. It’s amazing how fast they are with it to.

I love how nice the people are but I pay $60 for unlimited everything but I live in NESCOPECK PA and I dont get service half of the time my phone is not working right and is a factory defective product and even with the insurance they wouldnt replace it with out $50. Next Everytime you call customer service they are so stupid and dont speak English or know what they are doing. Just a bad phone provider

I would like to thank the two girls Joan and Diana for the help in getting are payment posted it took three weeks and the last time Joan stayed on the phone for an hour being transfer three times before someone one would help they were patince with them and me for I was getting irrate.
