Had a spring break on one of our garage doors. Sent a message out to Steve Beck when it happened (on a Saturday no less). He had Ryan and Brian come out on Monday and replaced springs on all the doors. Top notch service. Going to be replacing all the doors next spring, already have their salesman scheduled to come out.

Today we had the need of a garage door opener repair or replacement.Seems the winds that caused a power drop or surge wiped out our opener. I placed a call to the Berwick Overhead Door Company and made arrangements to have one of there Techs come out to check out the situation. With-in two hours Tech Sean Richards contacted me and appeared at our door.I told him what had happened with the power failures and he did a few checks and found the boards in the opener were fried.Since the unit had been in and working for many years we decided to install a new opener.Sean had brought new opener with him and within 2 hours had the unit in and running.Installation was done and installed very professional. We used this company before and it was wonderful to deal with. We called them a few weeks ago and you can tell they are under new ownership. Jim the man setting up appointments was great with following through and following up but the new policies you can tell it’s not a small business anymore. Way overpriced. It’s a shame they couldn’t have kept things the way they were. We will be looking for someone else to service our doors.
