This place is so welcoming. They always seem t find you when you’re needing help. They aren’t grouchy. They have most tings I need fast rather than driving to home depo it Lowe’s. Some pricing is higher but if you need something fast it’s worth it and it saves you gas staying local.I always get my paint mixed here and they keep all of my past paint colors on record so it isn’t a hassle finding what I used. 😃They have tiger balm also by the register! For sore muscles. Who’d have thought that.

Im an easy going person. When I first went to Coles Hardware it was nice. Great customer service easy to find things. However, Today I went and it was easy to find the things I needed for grilling, but the cashiers were very disrespectful to me. I didnt mind it at first but then the cashier kept trying to rush me out of the store. I dont know if it was the people they hired or the cashier just had a bad day. When you go there be cautious. I havent had a good visit in months.

Letting customers in without masks, employees taking off masks near customers, refusing service because something might be closed without actually checking. Workers not asking customers if they need help as they walk around aimlessly.

Heavy help you if you buy something from them and dont have a receipt when it stops working 3 months later. Do you know the month and day you purchased the product? NO? Gotta buy a new one.

Great selection for the area. Prices are just a little higher than the big guys further away, but you pay for convenience, am I right?
