I purchased a carport on August 14. They told me 8 weeks for delivery. It is now jan 5 and still no car port. Emily is a fantastic person to deal with but my boat is getting ruined. Though I did get my first call from their supplier as a courtesy call to let me know they havent forgotten me I understand with covid and all but I have a local supplier hear in Wilkes barres pa that grantees me a building in 3 weeks I have leaving negative feed back but Im disgusted beyond my words here.. updating on this review it is now March 15 and no car port yet and they still havent even called me and not returning any of my calls. Stay far away people find a reputable dealer even Emily is useless now just shows how customer service is only good for the sale

I couldnt be more pleased with the service and quality of my aluminum deck roof! Extremely friendly, excellent communication and very efficient... they had my deck roof up within a few hours and we have been enjoying it ever since! From the estimate to the installation, it took only a few weeks. I highly recommend this company!

As of this Thursday the 19th it will be 8 weeks from the time we ordered our carport. We have called numerous times to both Pa aluminum and also the manufacturer/installer only to be told they would look into it and call back, but they never do. When we first ordered we were told 2-4 weeks, then it was 4-6, then it was that they lost an installation crew, then they said that they were waiting to have other installations in our area. I have had enough of the excuses. The only reason I gave them 2 stars at this point is the price they gave us. However the old saying rings true, if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. They really need to take care of their customers if they plan to stay in business. If we dont get results soon we will cancel our order. The snow is soon coming so Im sure that will be the next excuse.UPDATE. Be aware that it states in the contract that your delivery and installation is dependent on weather and installation crews. So if you order in October or November its probable that you wont get your product until spring if you are in the Northeast or anywhere there is snow. We have a brand new truck that will now sit out in the winter weather because they didnt have enough installation crews for our area and the snow will be falling soon. This is with Top of the Line Buildings out of North Carolina by the way.

No problem with pa aluminum but do not buy a carport from here. They use HBO carports. Use google maps and look at the reviews on HBO carports. All I can say is buyer beware.

Excellent product and professional workmanship for an aluminum roof over our deck. Highly recommend!
