The Berwyn Kia Service Center staff was friendly and helpful from the first phone call! Christina helped answer all my questions, of which there were many as I am a more recent car owner, over the phone. Once the car made it to the service center, Tim called me every step of the way as they ran a diagnostic and then did an oil change. Service was fast, even quicker than Tim had originally estimated. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and kind, making what could have been a stressful experience a very easy one. I will definitely be coming back for any future maintenance. Thank you!

Made multiple promises about accessories included with a lease, then, after the lease was signed, claimed otherwise. Untrustworthy, simple as that.

I took my car in a couple weeks ago and Hector was such a great help! I was nervous as it was my first time taking my car in. Hector took care of my issue with my car and walked me through what services I will need in the future, which I thought was super helpful.
