The store is really busy and they’re sold out of most costumes so don’t even bother calling to ask because the answer is most likely no. Other than that they were very nice and helpful even though everyone looked really busy. Also no more returns for Halloween items only exchanges up until the 31st with a receipt !

Store has a new easier lay out. Halloween stuff on point! Absolutely amazing selection. Store was very neat and clean and organized. Well lit.

The store is alright. Very bare. Could be better. A quick Google search says they close at 9 pm on weekdays yet the schedule at the store says they close at 8 pm. Suggestion: update your schedule so to save everyones time please!!!

The store experience was good, however, when I phoned it to ask questions about my order the young lady that answered rudely cut me off by anticipating that I was calling to place a balloon order over the phone. When I responded that I was just inquiring as to if my order was ready for an earlier pick up her tone was of annoyance. As I was thanking her for her time she hung up on me as I was about to say thank you and goodbye. Her telephone etiquette left a lot to be desired. I like to shop local so Im guessing I will still frequent this location when necessary but I will make sure I ask all questions while in the store to avoid such rudeness again.

I just have to say that these employees had a store full of customers and worked so well as a team together! It was incredible to see such a hard working set of employees take care of everyone with such a great customer service as the store is getting some remodeling at the same time, but they knew where everything was at!! Very impressed! I am not one to write reviews but Jeffrey and Viana made sure I got the exact balloons that I needed at such a last minute scenario.

Today is October 21, 2021. I came in obviously looking for a costume. I asked a guy that had a chain necklace. Asked him twice that I had question and on the second time he looked at me with an attitude just for asking a question. He was too busy having a conversation with another Co worker. You would think customers are first but guess not.. Honestly if you hate your job so much than quit. But that was so rude!!!!! Never coming back.

This party city is awesome. They are always so tolerable of our mischief during the halloween season. But its a fun place to check out your costumes and season party supplies as well.

Great prices but the lines were a little long.

Disappointed didnt find a big variety of birthday candle. And they only had white round tablecloths.

Its a typical Party City, a little old and shabby but the staff are helpful and friendly.

They do what they can, store is always busy.(They looking for new associates).

I came here to get some balloons and was so impressed by the customer service. A young lady named Michelle was so helpful! She was so kind and such a pleasant person to be around!

2 other party city locations I called didn’t have the number 2 ballon I needed they was both sold out but this location came to the rescue I was able to rush over to them and get one to complete my birthday ballon look and I liked the store it was nice and the customer service was fast ❤️ I will go back to this store I’m happy

If you go on time, like 2 weeks before Halloween its great. I been doing this for at least 6 years. Personal is always helpful cant complain, the only thing is the big line at the check out. So besides that the always have what you need for your party.

Double check your purchase before leaving the store. I am having to drive back...half of my items were not placed in my bag! I tried calling but the phone line was dead...I tried several times...I left the call on...had a hang up...tried again... finally got through. Sad that this is what brings businesses out of business...lack of training and customer service!

Wanted 4 balloon and they wouldnt make it for me. Wanted me to wait 15 minutes because thay had orders. I asked them if they could atleast do one because my daughters graduation was in 30 minutes and she didnt even think about it she said NO. One ballon seriously.....plus that girl doing the balloons had the worst attitude there not only with me..

Obviously customer service is not important at this location. I waited in line to check out for close to 20 minutes while one cashier helped another customer. I watched 3 or 4 other employees walking around talking during that time. Finally I asked if there was anyone else available to help me. The employee shoved food in her mouth before responding and said No, thats the only one because because Im leaving soon. Wow..just wow..I hope she enjoyed her lunch.

Took my grandson shopping for a halloween costume.

Terrible costumer service! They don’t have no costumes at all! And waited so long in line to let them know which costumes I was interested and I was already talking to the employee and instead of listening to me, she was asking the person in back of me for the numbers he was looking for, and I told her hello I’m the first one in line! she was not even done with me and she already attending another person! What the heck is wrong with this stupid Party City! Never coming back!

Great value/selection but if you are going here leave ample time to check out because it usually takes at least 20 minutes (especially on the weekends). I found out that you can place balloon orders in advance, which I would advise if you plan on purchasing here. I personally feel that it would be a better use of my time to just keep items that I didnt end up needing instead of returning them because doing a return takes SO LONG!

The entire store smelled like they were smoking weed in it. Then I stood in line for 20 minutes before putting my stuff down and leaving. There was one girl checking one person ahead of me out. Couldnt find balloon colors so it was taking an eternity and the other employees just stood there pretending to be too busy to check anyone else out. How are you in business with employees like this

Those pop up Halloween stores have nothing on Party City. Their method of having inventory information on a handheld to quickly stock check stock, so staff can quickly pull item requestes.

Some how I dont think a manager of a store should be walking around the aisles socializing with a guy while customers are in need of assistance. At one point they were throwing stuff at each other. Something needs to be done this store has been on a downward spiral for quite some time, such a dissapointment. I think its definitely time for some new management lets hope their corporate sees this. Im not sure the managers name but her eyebrows were drawn on and she had a bad attitude. Too bad it was so hard to get good customer service in this store, I took my bussiness elsewhere!

They dont really have a lot of help on the Isles. They need more employees and helium tanks because is ridiculous how long the wait is to get balloons its always a wait always for even one balloon you can wait up to 20 30 minutes its understandable people make big orders ahead of time. But at the same time they should also be able and allowed to help walking customer because the way its just ridiculous like I said before.

Was looking for a costume had some but not the one I wanted but found great Accessories for another outfit

I went to this Party City to put in a balloon order and the cashier was very rude and sassy. When I asked her questions about balloons and online orders she was unwilling to help and give the customer service that she is paid to give. So in return she got my attitude and I went to the Party City in Melrose Park where the employees were super nice and helpful. The lady there helped me get as low a price as possible and she gave me 20% coupon.

I went there and one of the cashiers was really cool and pretty, and seemed like she was into large scottish things! That helped my experience a ton, i got so much red stuff there. Watch out for the other people, you will die! only talk to cool girl associate.

The lines were ridiculously long. I must admit it was the night before Halloween so its my fault for procrastinating, but I needed serving items for a company party. The workers and cashiers were friendly and patient, but why didnt the manager have all lines open? The line was down the aisle to the middle of the store. There was a line or number process in the costume area. Im sure the store made a ton of money, but all cash registers should have been open and no one was manning the online order register, a lady stood in that long line to pick up her order

Half of the stuff I was looking to buy had the price tags ripped off. I was told that if I wanted a price on something that I had to bring each item up to the front to have them rung up. The section I was shopping in was disorganized and the items were very cheaply made. I guess I have to stick to the school supply stores for better stuff.

Really bad service for pickup. I went to pick up my balloons that was supposed to be ready at 2pm and they ended up giving me my order till like 3pm because they started putting helium on the balloons when I arrived. Also they tried charging me for helium when the last time I went they did not charge me.

There was plenty of staff at the register but there is Long lines on the weekend so be sure to get ur balloons early to avoid the rush. Customer service was good today got the customer thru the lines in good time

I almost walked right past this location, it looked closed. 1/2 the lights were off and the employees all looked like they were ready for a nap. So needless to say the customer service was not the best, everything seemed very unorganized. Not much of a party/happy vibe going on there.

Bad attitude during Halloween, and the days leading up to it. Very rude costumer service. And they accused my dad of taking a picture of a girl. And then the cashiers left the check out and didnt ring him out until later.Very rude to say the least.

This store really needs employees that are there to work and not play around. The entire time I was shopping employees were having their own conversation across the store, using vulgar language. When I asked for help I was basically laughed at so I just left and took my business elsewhere. My children dont need to be shown this kind of behavior, Im very disappointed with this location. Sounds like its time for new management.

Its got a good selection of partty supplies though its really hard to find things we need. The staff is good but usually hard to find, like Im at a home depot. Good costumes for Halloween, but its a madhouse in October

I walked straight up to the online order pickup line and waited for about 5 minutes. Finally asked the two staff members (who saw me standing there all that time) who was in charge of that area and one of them responded that that wasnt a line and that I should go to the regular check out line. Why they failed to tell me that from the very beginning is beyond me. Last time I shop there. There are plenty of dollar stores and targets around where Ill take my business.

Didnt buy anything because the whole place smelled like cigarettes. Theres no one around to offer help. They do have a huge selection. Nothing is particularly cheap, but prices werent outrageous either. I might go back if desperate, but Ill stick with the Dollar store and Target for my party supply needs.
