I came here because of all the nice reviews but sad to say this shop is a disappointment. Went in to get a watch fixed but they couldnt which is ok but the reason why I left more disappointed is because the asian man doing the appraisals doesnt know how to do an appraisal on a diamond ring yet he works at a pawn shop. They shop looks so dirty and unorganized. Will take my business elsewhere.Btw the response that is posted is nothing like how it happened lmfao! Liars

Do not waste your time here. They pay people to write good reviews. He lowballs everything according to trends on eBay and offers the lowest offers possible for any item. I had pawned my MacBook and he held it hostage for three days while I needed it the next day. Since I had it there before. It didnt require the 72 hour wait for first time pawned items. I legally could have gotten it out the same day, he still held it hostage. The people that work there are shady. This guy is a CROOK! Do not go there, if you want to waste time getting the lowest rate possible for your item. He should go do business back to his Philippines, and stop ripping us off !
