Extra Space in Berwyn is a very new building, extremely clean and well kept. We were pleased to move from an older, further-away, shabbier facility. Jorge helped us being both friendly and efficient, and even though we were walk-ins, he helped us figure out the advantage of the online rate. We went through the contract quite easily and when I got home it was all waiting in my e-mail. Good people, good place.

The facility was nice and clean and plenty of parking to be able to load/unload. I had the pleasure of working with Liz not only was she very helpful in answering all my questions even the ones I didnt think of but her personality was amazing and didnt make me feel like just another sale (Thank You). Renting a space was super simple and seamless. I tried reserving a unit online, but could not complete due to limited availability. I immediately received a called from Elizabeth to help me complete my reservation so that I would not miss out on that space! She walked me through everything over the phone and in a few short minutes I had reserved my space, gotten a code and key. She’s so sweet and helpful! Easiest process ever. Yes even though the first month is free there are introductory costs. Standard upkeep costs and lock fees, they provide the lock eliminating the chance people doing their own thing. The customer service I have seen is excellent. Elizabeth was energetic about explaining how the monthly payment plan works, the different rates for each room and the various sizes. This facility is air conditioned (climate controlled), so the wear and tear on your personal belongings is lessened. The facility is very clean and very well maintained.

I rented an 10 x 20 space this past year at the Berwyn Extra Space Storage; from start to finish, everything about my experience at the facility was overwhelmingly positive. The facility itself is clean, secure, well-lit, and the units are easily accessible (mine was on the second floor). Edgar and Elizabeth were knowledgeable, personable, courteous, and thoughtful; their customer service care is superb. (Example: while moving out, I didn’t have the tools to take apart the bed frame; Edgar graciously offered to help. He could have just as easily not bothered—after all, I was a soon-to-be “ex” customer...but he went out of his way just the same. And gave me a new mask, as mine wasn’t in the best shape from the move! 😊 Similarly, Elizabeth was exceedingly patient and gracious about answering my questions and informing me of available options. They’re a great team). Thanks again!

The customer service I personally experienced here was fantastic! I had a small isolated problem with my unit and Elizabeth went above and beyond to correct the issue and make up for the inconvenience I experienced. The location is great and I love having two big bay doors to be able to load and unload safely inside. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I plan on storing items here for years to come.

I left my things in this storage unit in Berwyn for what turned out to be far longer than expected. I was managing my payments from another state and eventually had to make a long drive back to the unit to empty it. The store manager Elizabeth was absolutely AMAZING in the process of closing my storage unit, helping me feel comforted and at ease with the process, especially while traveling so far from out of state. All of the staff at the storage facility were also really great with informing me of my billing cycles and payment due dates and my items were kept clean and very safe. Highly recommend this storage unit facility. The current management is truly superb!
