The best place in town for top professional work. Mr. Knight has worked on two of my cars and I would recommend him over any where else.

This is ABSOLUTELY the best body shop in the Jefferson County area. They are one of the friendliest and most honest businesses i have ever dealt with. I dont usually write comments, but I have been so impressed with this company, that I felt motivated to give this review.

Knight has fixed multiple issues we have had with vehicles. Wrecks, painting etc, they do great workHpwever, I need documentation from them to get reimbursed by Toyota for painting my RAV4 when the paint peeled off, and Knight is not cooperating Dropped off the information from Toyota 2 weeks ago. I need a letter from them on company letterhead on why I brought the car in, what work was done, mileage on the car etc. all I get from them is crickets. I once gave them 5 stars because they do great work, but I have lost faith in them. I paid over $1,000.00 for this repainting, and I would like to get my money back from Toyota, but Knight is preventing this from happening.

Fast turn around, cheap price considering the quality of the work.

I had a wreck back in the first week of January this year. My car was sent to Knight Paint and Body the following week. The wreck consisted of the front bumper being dented and the passenger tire being bent. Also, there was a lot of underbody damage. I called to check on the status of my car each week for FIVE MONTHS. Each time I spoke with Mr. Knight he told me something different. Each time he said, “I’m working on it”. I ended up having to get someone to drive me up to the shop. I asked to see my car and to see the so called “Progress” that Mr. Knight had been “working on”. My car….had not been worked on AT ALL! He claimed he had painted the front bumper months ago. The bumper had ABSOLUTLY NOT BEEN PAINTED AND WAS NOT ATTACHED. It was still cracked from the wreck. I ended up having to tow my car in PIECES to another shop called Varner’s Factory which is also located in Bessemer. Upon inspection Henry, a mechanic at Varner’s, noticed more significant damage to my vehicle. One thing in particular was the headlight on the passenger side. It was broken from where Knight ripped it off getting the bumper off. Henry, had to call and get another claims adjuster to come out and reassess the damage which was overlooked the first time. Thankfully, Henry had my car fixed in ONE month!!!! Henry, called me several times with updates weekly on how the repairs were coming. I HIGHLY RECAMEND VARNER’S FACTORY IN BESSEMER. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO KNIGHT PAINT AND BODY! After a grand total of SIX MONTHS, I had my car back. No more bumming rides off people to go to work. Thankfully, I didn’t get a rental car because that would have been a fortune!

I have used the services of this company twice and I was satisfied each time. The prices are great and the work superb. I give them my business everytime.

I was sideswiped by a big Wrecker who eased over into my lane between Hueytown and Bessemer. Mr. Knight took a buffer and buffed out the worst paint damage for free. I have friends who have used the Knights and if I have the unfortunate need for any car body repair, I will use this company absolutely! I know this family personally and they will treat you right!

I had a brand new polyurethane bumper painted here in March, and now, 6 months later, the paint is starting to flake off pretty severely. A few of my friends had similar incidents and they told me that Knight will fix it for free, but I dont feel like it should have happened in the first place.
