I visited tonight and Im not pleased with how the staff treated me. I arrived there at 6:57 pm and as soon as I walked in, one of the employees said were closing in 3 minutes. I said I thought yall closed at 8:00, she put her head down and proceeded to do what she was doing. As soon as I walked back and passed a couple of isles, they cut the lights off while I was still in there so I just stopped looking and walked out. That was so rude on so many levels because it seemed the store was supposed to still be open until 8:00 pm. I mean it was posted on the door and also it showed they closed at that time on my GPS. If a person walks in a store before close the right thing to do is to at least let that person get what they were trying to buy not cut the lights off and say have a nice day. I know Im one person but I will never return to that place again...!! And they dont deserve 1 star.

I will never shop here again and this establishment deserves no stars. I asked if my three year old son could use the rest room as he was in a tight and they absolutely refused to let a child use the restroom with no compassion and cited insurance reasons as they have a lot of products in the back. I asked them to go with me so my son could use the restroom and they dismissed me. Once before they didn’t want to honor the price they marked on an inexpensive item after I had already spent close to $200.00 that day. Who would try to steal a 5 dollar item after spending 200.00? You’re in a community thinking that everyone there are potential thieves. You don’t deserve our money.

They have Everything that you need in haircare products..been going there for years. Owners and employees are very nice!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I visited the store last week. I havent been there since the fire. It was very nice, they have a great selection of products. I did think their synthetic hair bundles were a bit pricey, but purchased it due to convenience. They did have an assortment of children hair beads and barrettes. I will likely visit the store again.

Prices are getting a little high. They dont have a wide range of selection of hair. They carry the basics.

The people here are not friendly unless you are their friends or if you are a regular customer. I had to call the cashier over to check me out. I think she was eating. But she had a real nasty attitude, i guess I interupted her.

Nothing to brag about. One of the neighborhood beauty supply stores. Some of their prices are good, but some arent. A rat tail comb should not be $1, for example.

They carry an okay variety of hair so you can get something quick but they dont carry everything. They have an okay supply of products but not like some newer stores. Its ok if you need basic stuff for your hair.

I love this place! But they NEVER open on time. Im there at 9:00 to get my stuff and be at school at 9:20 and theyre not even open! If youre not going to open at 9, then dont put it on the time you ope.

Prices are extra high due to tax money people are out spending their money, The oil for your hair within the store is very expensive, be careful parking the space is limited.

I was over charged $69.99 when my item was $6.99. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and i said it was probably an honest mistake. She then said i was not trying steal from you with an attitude. She seemed mad that i brought the error to her attention. There two cashiers and the other was friendly she even snatched my receipt from the other lady. I did not come accusing, but i left upset. I will never return
