My daughters first car she bought keys vanished no spare, heard about this business. Drove from Shelby County, AL to Bessemer gave them the information needed had a spare made, we were toll that since the car was not there they could not know for certain if the key would work so we took a chance anyway. Drove back home and the key did #WORK! Thank you, for your honesty, and your wonderful service. I dont mind paying the price I paid for a spare. When you call the lock smith you wont mind either. #NoComplaints! Over here.

I needed an extra key made for my car and was referred here. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent! The store was stocked with a great selection of gifts and gadgets that you cannot find anywhere else. Will definitely visit again!

I recently visited Gifts & Gadgets. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes to get a new key fob for my 2012 Dodge Challenger. Very enthusiastic and helpful staff. Very well informed. I was extremely impressed

They want to sell you there car keys for 100 buck instead of cutting your keys. Would not recommend.

Best place I have found locally to buy programmable automotive keys and fobs. At least half price if not more than the dealerships charge. Great customer service. Just plan on being there at least 30 mins to get a key/fob programmed.

Always gets the job done. My whole family goes her to get keys cut and copied and so far all the keys have worked just fine! Nice, friendly staff too!!

This was my first time actually stopping in, I have passed by for many years, but have always been too busy to go in. My fob was being a little defiant, so I went in to see if they were able to assist me. I have heard great talk about this place, and I am glad I stopped by today. Service was fast and efficient.

The lady that helped me went above and beyond what anyone else these days does when you go into any store. Its a little store,but they have it packed with any and everything you could possibly imagine!!! I wish I had a pic of the old fob, just for comparison. Then the cute protector, she had me sold on it when I seen the red in her hand!!!

Havent used their services yet but the prices on Automobile key/fobs replacement cant be beat when compared to dealership prices.

Absolutely useless. I called before I came, they told me they could cut my key and refused to even try once I drove all the way there. Never do business with them... Just buy online or go to Lowes around the corner...

I usually don’t do reviews! But couldn’t let ppl know!! They seem so nice but...... I called before going to check about a truck key. They told me they could do it and it would be 59$. Get there and oh you have to have truck here they didn’t tell you! Well I was nice and said no didn’t tell me! Wanted to say duh I would’ve came in truck had I known. Drive back to my house ( 25 mins away) after the guy telling me I could come back they was there till 4:00. I pulled back into their parking lot ( almost an hour later) at 3:51 again after he told me to come back and knowing where I lived. They had closed.... lights off and door locked at 3:51! Never again will I do business with these ppl! IT IS NOT GOOD PRACTICE TO LIE TO CUSTOMERS!

A gentleman by the name of Dalton serviced me. He was very professional, knowledgeable about the product and quick to find a resolution to my problem. Even though the store was constantly busy, each representative greeted you as you walked in the store and gave personalized service to each client. I highly recommend this business for gifts and gadgets.

Absolutely the worse place to have a key made. At first it seems like a great deal. But remember you get what you pay for. Had two keys made for my 2011 Honda Accord and at first they worked great. With in six weeks both of the casings on the key broke. When we called and asked what they could do about that I was told we unless I had my receipt we would have to pay for two new keys, and refused to stand beyond their product. I have reported this buisnes to the BBB. Please safe yourself the trouble and go to your dealer for replacement keys.

A nice place to buy a lot of things thats maybe hard to find, but mostly important I was able to get a remote control key for my vehicle rather reasonably.

Great store with friendly staff. Unusual items and hard to find gifts like old fashioned straight razors, brass knuckles, and pocket knives.

Wide variety of merchandise. I had a spare key made for my truck and its very close to a factory key. The price was also better than having the dealer cut and program the key.

I had to have a new key made for my car and the process was simple and quick. It saved me quite a bit of money since I didnt have to go to the dealership.

The cashier or what you want to call her. I was greeted like I was not welcome there, and the lady had a f**ked up attitude. But I got my key made so that was the only thing I was happy about.

Just went today to get a key copied and thought it would cost 40 bucks since my dad said it would cost around there but it was only 2.97 and it works and looks great. They also had exactly what I needed too, saw some gorilla double sided tape, I’m sure glad I didnt Have to take two trips. The key being copied only took 5 mins if not less

I, along with several other of my friends have had horrible experiences each time weve visited this business. As soon as we walked in, the staff was not friendly at all. When we had questions about merchandise, they were extremely slow to help us and when they did, they were nothing but sarcastic and RUDE. Many ppl ive spoke with all agree that the majority of this staff are all racists.

Had a key made that has a transponder. Cost$50.00. Couldnt find another placw that could do it.

Horrible staff. They actually bullied my girl friend in returning her purchase immediately after we got it. It was a taser and she joking said she cant wait to get me with it. They flipped out and acted fools.

My car key/ fob was broken and my dealership priced a replacement for $180 . Gifts and gadgets cut, programmed, and replaced my key for $44. Only thing missing is the Honda Logo on my key! You cant beat the price and the service!
