My car was done in a timely manner. There was a problem but they worked on it till it was right. Would recommend Spencer to anyone.

We have had numerous cars repaired at Spencer Auto Body. They do great work, never a problem. Employees and owner wonderful to deal with. Absolutely would not trust our cars to anyone else. We recommend them to everyone we know.

Super professional. Amazing work. Had some cab damage and back window replaced. They took it in on a monday morning and I got my truck back on friday. Cant tell it was ever damaged. They helped me through the whole process with any questions I had and helped with any insurance questions. Highly recommend.

I’m sure they could do a good job for an insurance job because they are held accountable by the insurance company but if you’re paying out of pocket go elsewhere. I had my cobra painted, they took two months and it was never right. Painted stripes that were crooked fish eyes in the paint front bumper installed wrong, the list goes on and on. I was told if I wanted a better job hire a lawyer and Tom refused to give me my car till I paid for the car even though it was horrible.

Professional. Expect to replace parts instead of fix existing damage. My car looked like it never had a collision but when body panels are simply replaced, the challenge is simply to match the paint and detailing. Office staff was knowledgeable but made me feel out of control since they handled it all with out asking for input. Expect them to use any insurance adjustor values, even if it is an over estimation of time necessary. They got my parts quickly and got me back on the road and even had a loaner car (although insurance probably paid a pretty penny for that).

If you need body work done this is the place to be. Excellent service and a great staff.

My family has used Tom Spencers shop for years. We are accident prone and have probably put his kids through college with the multiple cars our family has sent him over the past 20+ years, rough estimate of at least 10 - 15 cars (mother, fathers, mine, my wifes, and sisters) and sometimes the same car multiple times. He does an excellent job putting Humpty Dumpty back together again..

I wanted some rust repaired on my car. They said no way, Jose!

Had a window replaced in my car and they did not sweep out the broken glass. They also scratched the door panel in a few spots, bent the window trim and the controls for the windows are popping out. This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had with a body shop.
