Jeremy is great - genuinely friendly and he shares his knowledge freely. He refers folks to others when appropriate and doesn’t just try to get you to go to him for service when it’s a simple fix you can do yourself.
Top notch service and a killer price. The man was in the middle of working on something and stopped what he was doing to get a tire mounted onto my motorcycle wheel and all for $20. Most other shops are overpriced for such a basic service even if you give them the wheel. I ended up talking to both of the guys that were there that day both extremely nice. I highly suggest going here, they do inspections too for motorcycles!!!
I had the top end of my rancher 350 rebuilt. These guys were honest kept to their original price. Did work on my carb and got my bike back to me as soon as possible. Great price on labor and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks!!

I brought my XR100 engine in to have a BBR 120 big bore kit installed and Pat did a great job on it.
Just received my dual sport back from Hometown Scooters, when all other shops refused to work on the bike HTS stepped up to the plate and did a fantastic job. New carburetor, valve adjustment, custom race exhaust, and new throttle assembly. Its a like a brand new bike. Im glad my friend backed out on buying this from me, now I can rip around on this thing without any worries. Definitely recommend and will bring back in the future to continue the upgrades I have planned.
I took my sons Coolster 125 quad to get repaired due to it not running right. Patrick adjusted the valves and carburetor and got it running. They are the only shop I could find who would work on a Coolster. I had the quad back in a week. Jeremy and Patrick did a great job!
Only 4 stars because my throttle cable snapped but they have great bikes and do repairs very fast and efficent im a big fan of the white ssr 70 2021 auto i picked up its loads of fun and can pull me way faster than i would ever of imagined with all that said i really recommend hometown scooters very reliable and have great options for starters cheap quads and good quality

Excellent service! Took my ‘83 Honda aero in that had some major electrical issues and an electric start that hasn’t worked in years. They were able to get everything fixed and even fixed the stripped bolt on my mirror which I didn’t tell them about! Quality work for a great price! I will definitely be going back in the near future!

Called to rent a scooter for a photoshoot for our save the dates. This occurred the week of the Fourth of July. While they had very slim staffing that week, their team worked hard to ensure the scooter arrived at our location on time and were very professional to work with. The scooter was in immaculate shape and Im very glad I chose them!
I would like to update our review of Hometown scooters after the owner resolved our issue. We do wish that communication would have been better while our items were in their shop. However, once we were able to get in contact with the owner, he was helpful, fair and thorough. (He repaired our Razor Crazy Carts). He even went above and beyond with a small repair that could’ve waited so that we did not have to return with the item in a few months and pay an additional labor fee. Thank you, Jeremy, for the way you handled the situation after our concerns were made clear. We are pleased with the overall service.
Dropped two motorcycles off on 6/22/19 to get inspected and have one wheel balanced after I called ahead to make an appointment. They had one inspected by Thursday 6/27 and promised the second would be done any day now. I called every two to three days to check on progress and was told they were going to get to it in the next day or so... for three weeks. Eventually I got a hold of them on 7/10 and told them I was picking the bike up that Friday. They called a few hours later to say they lost my registration, which was checked & verified when I dropped it off. Fine, no big deal, I keep digital copies. I go in on Friday to finish the paperwork and they say they ran out of stickers. If you actually like riding your motorcycle/scooter, I would take it elsewhere.

Had to get some tire work done on my Vino scooter; Jeremy and their team gave a fair price, and had all the work done the same day. Good communication, I called the day before and they said just to bring it in, and theyll take care of it. Knowledgeable, they were one of the few shops that new the in and outs of the model and make of my scooter, and what needed done. Will be back for sure
Great group of people, very knowledgeable about their products will be back soon for another purchase. A side note make sure you know what you need for the notary service well in advance and insurance it will save you allot of time.
Defined work to be done on my Stella with good suggestions from the Hometown folks. Prices were competitive and schedule to complete was fair for the amount of work done. They delivered. Ill be back.
I had the best experience at Home Town scooters. They fixed my buddy 125 vapor lock problem and kick starter in a little more than a hour. I drove over 100 miles to get there.I will do it again. Very friendly people. Dont over fill your gas tank. I did often and I caused the vapor lock. I now fill the tank 3/4 full.

I dont know... nice people but when i took my 250cc scooter there for new back tire and brakes they did ok job a little more than Quoted price but they did it fast. And there was some damge done to my plastics from the use of some spary to get bolts/nuts off.. Than i called them some time later asked about doing a 50cc to 150cc gy6 scooter motor swap and guy told me (word for word ) i dont know a 50cc transmission wouldnt hold up with a 150cc motor if you know any thing at all about scooter gy6 motors and you would know how scary that statement is from someone that works on scooters thats like a heart doctor saying your heart is in your leg. He went on to say how wepsites will try to sell you anything doing a 150cc gy6 swap cant be done or shouldnt be done.. I tried telling him i know what i am talking about i did a full bolt on build to my 1p39qmb (49.5cc gy6 motor) i put on a 50mm big bore kit 20mm carburetor upjetted etc etc and i know everything needed for a 150cc swap which is done A LOT!! ruckus get 150swaps ALL DAY EVERYDAY tao tao atm50s get 150 swaps all day everyday and them 2 are just the must popular swaps all i need is someone to weld the new mounts i dont weld.. Than he said thats a all day thing its a lot harder than you think it is and is going to be a lot of money... Check online kids do 150 swaps in 2hours with few tools or experience. Even buying scooters here they will make you pay WAY MORE than powersports.com or saferwholesale.com the icebear mojo 49cc is around $2200 at hometown scooters at BOTH wepsites scooter getting dropped off at your door is around $1200. My point is i dont feel like this is the place to go at all sorry hate giving bad reviews thats why i explain my point of view on this so you can make up your own mind what i said is all facts.If you only have a 50cc scooter learn to do the work yourself its very very easy i never did this kind of stuff before and after 1 year i can now fix just about anything on a 50cc-150cc scooter i did my full bolt on build join a facebook scooter modding group there are tons watch YouTube there are vids on fixing EVERYTHING.
Ive had a very positive experience with Hometown so far. I was having issues running the skooter, and before even taking it in, a couple of the guys came out and checked it out w/ me on the trailer trying to troubleshoot for simple fixes first to save me unnecessary time, hassle and money expense - you know, the way people used to be - wanting to help you out rather than squeeze every possible cent out of you for nothing and then you kicking you out of the way, as things are oft done nowadays. They were able to determine pretty quickly that my fuel wasnt clean enough. Simple solution here, and they were very upfront and didnt charge me. I rebuilt and cleaned out the carb, then loaded fresh premium gas, and I was set. Much appreciate them!

I got a bike in april of 2016.....this is my 3rd time go back to h.t.s....i had to wait a whole month first off....understandable they where back up cool....but when i went to pick up my scooter....and started riding it....only 2 thing the guy fix and that was the head light and horn... But did not fix the other issues....i only had the bike for 3mons and they held it for a month.....all i want to do is ride my scooter....first time buyer bad bad experience...which it could have been better....its to lonely stars....and see how he refers to customs as lonely starts
Awful, I went to buy a Go-Kart, it was sitting outside, fine, but when he lowered the price 1,000, I thought it was a good deal. A guy said the oil would be replaced and it would have a full service, but when we got it, the oil was not in it, it was full of water. Also, the carb was full of water. Will never visit again.
Went there to have my nephew quad looked at the guy there were helpful and I looked at the scooters will be buying one over the winter for next spring for work go and check the place out

The guys at Hometown Scooters were fantastic at getting the necessary repairs made on my Vespa LX50. Their prices were reasonable for all the work they did. They are my new go to repair shop. They also have a great selection of new and used scooters featuring the Genuine line as well as SYM. If I decide to purchase a 150cc scoot next spring, Hometown Scooers will be my place to shop.
My daughter had an appointment to get her bike inspected today, 8/29. She waited until 11am and there was nobody there. She called and texted them and got no response. This is not how to run a business.

I have only had bad experiences here. I have been there twice. The first time I stood inside while the guy was on the phone for 20 min. I finally gave up on waiting and left. The next time I there the service was horrible.
