Took a long time to get my food get out to the car and didnt get half my order. Not going back for the food.

The lady working the register named Sarah racially discriminated me. I asked for Tabacco products and showed her my identification . Sarah said it was fake and didn’t look real. Mumbled racial slurs after I walked away. I’m contacting corporate so she can lose her job as a GetGo employee.

No wiper squeegies with fluid....paying $3.25 for gas + you cant provide for me to clean my windshield?!?

No I dont want to buy a cookie. The level of anger I feel when trying to put my order in that go forsaken computer I and try co be done and all it wants to do I sell me a cookie. If I wanted a cookie I would have bought it. At no point did I ever think. You know what would go great with the breakfast burrito a cholate ship cookie. No just stop.But all the sandwiches are better then sheetZ

Always slow. Usually only one person at register and one making food. No employees know how to properly wear a mask. Kitchen is always out of most items. Needs new management. Current doesnt seem to care.

Great customer service and gas is well priced

I really like that you guys are making your employees and customers were masks. Despite what people think its the right thing to do and its whats needed. But could you maybe tell your team members that when theyre going to wait on guests they should have the mask up over their mouth and nose and not around their neck. One of your team members today wanted to wait on me with the mask around his neck and I said no and he didnt understand why I had a problem with that. Thankfully the younger gentleman the other register told me to just leave with my coffee. Since he came out of the back of the store as well Im questioning some of the sanitation practices now. I sure hope hes wearing a mask while hes making food and also not coughing on the food.

Either does not enforce masks, or the policy is completely disregarded. Disheveled, disgruntled employees and unsanitary food prep. Dirty bathrooms. Prime example of complete and total apathetic, and/or inept, management.

Once saw a big time shouting match between two men in their 50s in the gas pumping area. For some reason, a lot of the people here seem to be aggressive and annoyed. Could be that it is in a highly congest traffic area with a five roadway intersection. Going here during rush hour spells trouble if youre trying to make a left onto either Baptist Road or Library Road due to traffic jamming.This GetGo has a lot of pumps, but for the lot space it gets cramped fast. You have to really watch when even pulling away because people fly in their cars to spots outside of the store and to the pumps. If you choose to get air here, youll notice that a line quickly develops. Wouldnt hurt to have multiple air stations for tire pressure.I used to order hoagies to go here, and never had a problem. That was years ago though. The portion sizes seemed to be better than from a rival Sheetz.

Tried the burrito today at the Bethel Park get go. It was the most disgusting thing I Ha e had in a long time. Threw it out. Ice cold, and soggy. Liquid poured out when I bit into it. The rice was hard and crunchy. Absolutely tasteless.

I tried to use my fuel perks to get 30 gallons of free gas and the pump was going so slow it took upwards of an hour to fill up my car. I went inside to ask to be transferred to a different pump and the employees basically just said there was nothing they could do since I was using fuel perks. They were not accommodating and the fuel perks system should never leave anyone waiting an hour for one tank of gas. This pump should have been closed down until fixed so other buyers wouldnt be met with the terrible service that I and others before me experienced. Will never return.

I prepaid for gas... She ended up putting it on the wrong pump. Then, when I went in 2 have it corrected... She seemed like it was my fault... & never put on my gas discount. Wont go back there again

Ive only had one problem with a worker here but he has been fired. This was my go-to gas station and besides that one indecent, Ive never had any problems. The people at the register have always been kind and helpful. The store is clean and well-stocked as well.Ive never had any issues with the gas Ive gotten here!

Ordered food three times in the last month from this kitchen and only 1 time did I get the sauces that I paid EXTRA for. I have paid for 4 sauces at 59 cents a piece that I never recieved. These were all late night orders around midnight. Maybe the person who works the kitchen there at night doesnt care. Who knows. Ill go to Sheetz because they dont forget the extras you paid for.

Ordered a turkey hoagie, wanted with 7 or 8 different condiments, upon opening at home, it was missing 4 of these. These people dont how how to read it right. You need to watch them make it if you can. Otherwise Im ordering at subway from now on.

Well I guess this Get Go does not enforce the mandatory face cover order. Very disappointed

Was purchasing alcohol when an acquaintance walked in. Due to them communicating with me, the clerk refused to sell alcohol without them presenting their ID.

Never stock drinks.

This is the 2nd time Ive ordered a hoagie that all the toppings were on the bottom. You got a two inch thick top and one inch thick bottom. Why would you put all the wet toppings on the one inch bottom bun. Didnt pay for this one cause last one was inedible. Will never eat there again!

I recently visited this GetGo and ordered a 7 in Philly Steak and Cheese Sandwich from the Kitchen. I also paid the extra dollar for extra meat on the sandwich. Yet I still received a bread sandwich. This is EPIC FAIL from a consumers point of view.

DO NOT EVER GET GAS AT THIS PLACE!!! About 6 months ago. I got gas from this gas station and filled up my vehicle. The next day my vehicle was struggling to get going. Even up hills it would bog down. Took it to a mechanic and he said it was from dirty fuel. Frustrated at the situation. I just stop getting gas and started to go to Sheetz. After a while of filling up at Sheetz. My vehicle stop being sluggish and had to get a new fuel pump for the vehicle due to dirty fuel. Three days ago I stop at GetGo to get gas. I should of know better but, thought maybe it was just a fluke. I filled it up got home and once again. The vehicle started to bog down and sputter. Took the vehicle to another mechanic to get a different opinion and he said the same thing. It was caused by dirty fuel. At that point I was pissed. I could not afford to get another vehicle because of irresponsible management at this place. Its either you fire the manager involved who orders the gas or I will sue. I have the proof because I had the mechanic test the gas. I even called the County Dept. of Weights and Measures to make the report. They said they got calls before about the same problem at that location. They even filled a report to the oil company and gas station to see if there was a leak for contaminated gas. Which came back negative. Which means the manager at that location does not know how to order gas properly. That means there are always fuel that sits in the tanks below for two weeks or more. Then when the truck comes with the gas. They fill it up with good fuel mix with bad fuel. Which makes the entire tank bad. If GetGo refuses to solve this situation. I will have no choice but, to sue or you fire the manager involved period. Its been 6 months since that time and the problem should of been solved by now. Again, anyone reading this. DO NOT GET GAS AT GETGO OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Usually crowded and full of rude people. I dont understand what it is with this location but a lot of the people that frequent this location are rude and obnoxious especially at night. If you want to see the worst show up Saturday or Sunday at 2 well when the bars and strip club closes for the day. As for gas, Giant Eagle Fuel is usually higher than others in the area cause they offer fuel Perks.

I visited this location on Sunday the 17th 2017. Ordered there feature Biergärten Brat. The picture looked delicious. What I received however was disgusting. I brought the issue to the person at the MTO counter but they said “that’s how it comes out”. I then found the manager and brought it to their attention as well also “it’s just how it’s looks, it should be cooked tho” horrible service and they denied a return. Never order anything from GetGo again. Junk, just junk.
