I had the best experience yet again, this was not my 1st time using Office Depot. They came though with a seriously big job, in hours and had discounts available that met our every need for this job..I recommend this location. GM is on point and so is his staff..felt welcomed, i was treated well upon my entrance to my exit. Good parking, clean, staff i just can not say enough about..Great team keep up the good work and i look forward to bringing your location all my printing needs..superb work on my job..thanks again for you expedition service..

Nice store, plenty of variety of things to choose from. Staff is typically friendly and helpful enough.I was looking for a new office chair today and they had quite a few to choose from. The one I came for is not what I chose. Lots of chairs and found a fantastic chair for me!

Very helpful finding a printer, so I bought it.

Some of these employees do not need to work in customer service, and should understand that a customer asking more than 1 question about something isnt arguing. Hard times or not, there is no excuse for that kind of behavior!

This Office Depot was great.Plenty of parking,friendly staff.A well stocked store.It is well worth the trip to go to Office Depot Bethal Park.I will be going back there soon for future purchases.

Went there just for black ink for my printer. At least 5 different clerks throughout this store asked if they could assist me in any way. I thought this was great. Theres not too many retail stores that have such polite clerks willing to help customers today. Perfect example is the store I went to directly after shopping at Office Depot. Seriously, I did need some help because I was unable to reach a few items of clothing that I would have probably bought if there had been any one to assist me. The clerks at the other retail store were too busy talking about their lunch breaks. They never once offered to assist me and I was unable to get their attention. Anyway, the clerk who helped me was very informative and did explain the difference in inks I was looking to purchase. This staff today is to be commended. Thank you guys. Great job!

Had a great experience with a gentleman helping me with an order. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in making a purchase decision. Why then 4 stars? I had an issue checking out that was ended with the store manager telling me to come back later instead of him taking the advice of his employees and the online support team. No issue, I put my items on hold and Ill return, but for that, I dock the star.

Went in to spend around $500 for a new basic laptop. No one on the floor to assist. Waited around 20 minutes and no help. All out to lunch??? Left and will go to Best Buy

Outstanding. John always does a super job. Has helped me many times on deadlines. Very pleasant and knowledgeable...makes me feel that I am a valued customer as he does with all!

Its a pretty typical office supply store. Well stocked with home office, office & school supplies. Only down side were the employees playing grab fanny when I needed assistance finding something

Didnt really have a look around. I was there to send a fax. The employees there were polite and helpful.

Great place for all your office needs and it never hurts to get some extra color pencils for coloring.

Extremely poor customer service. Ive shopped there for the last time. I had to return a $9 binder and had lost the receipt. All I wanted to do was exchange it. I knew when I purchased it and what registered I used-I even had the card on me. It took them less than a minute to reprint the receipt. The clerk didnt crack a smile and basically acted like I wasnt there. When the manager came up to sign off, he acted like we werent there either. I received an .88 refund in an exchange and got treated like a criminal for it. We do quite a bit of printing business. Now Ill make sure it goes to someone else.

Great place for school supplies from kindergarten all the way up to college

I stopped yesterday to ask about getting work done on a PC. Was told sure we can do that. Told the guy I would bring it by in the morning. I get there this morning only to find out that no one was there that could help me until after 1:00. Why couldnt I have been told that yesterday? My plan for the day was based around getting this dealt with first thing in the morning. Now Ill be taking the work somewhere else.
