Very happy with Alpine Pools South Hills! Dan and his guys are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Theyve been in the pool business for a long time and it really shows in their work and in their ability to offer guidance when needed. All in all, I whole-heartedly recommend Alpine Pools South Hills. The service and product are absolutely fantastic. My family and I are so glad we made the choice to get our pool installed by Alpine Pools.

I had a pool replaced this year through alpine in bethel park. The installer did a great job. In addition any time I have had questions Kloe has been extremely helpful. Overall, a great company and experience for me.

Best service around hands down!!! I was working on a pool filter enclosure when one of the unions to the heater broke off. I am a handyman and by no means know any knowledge on how to repair pools. It was a Sunday and although many pool stores were open, none would help me in any way. When I went to Alpine Pools in Bethel Park, they immediately got to work finding the parts I needed. Even with an extremely busy store, they had everything I needed in a matter of minutes. They also walked me through the repair process. I recommend Alpine Pools to any of my clients looking for a pool or hot tub. Thank you Alpine Pools!!!

Clayton and his maintenance/repair team led by Brandon were transparent, communicated well, professional, timely and responsive. Brandons crew were scheduled to replace a 9-year-old liner. They came exactly when scheduled and even though the weather (45F, windy, and overcast) impeded their work completion when scheduled, they came back the very next lukewarm day and got the initial installation completed. The team was courteous, informative, and professional. I would recommend using them for your routine maintenance pool and spa needs.

Expensive. Go to pool city. Literally half the price. I dont know about ypu but 8,000 sounds better than 16,500 for the same above ground pool.

They seem to be only about the big sale not very helpful with customer questions or parts needed

This place focuses way too much on spas, but generally has what you need for your pool...prices are fair, and service is usually excellent.

I contacted the store and spoke with Kloe about my issues with a broken Pool Filter. Kloe provided the best support and professionalism that directed me to purchasing a new Pentair Pool Filter. I drove a little over an hour to pick up the product where Kloe took time to discuss how the filter product operated.Great customer service and will be back again, thank you!!!

My experience with Alpine pools was phenomenal! As a 1st time pool owner I had several questions prior to committing to a pool. My service rep was Kloe, she is absolutely wonderful! She walked me through all of my questions both before and AFTER the sale, always taking time to help. Kloe made me feel as though I was her only customer (and continues to do so). That is true customer service. Equally impressive is her knowledge of the business. Impressive. The installation crew was the best, both friendly and knowledgeable. They did a super job on the setup. (The pool looks great) They also did an excellent clean up job afterwards. I dont give endorsements often, however I highly recommend Alpine Pools. Bravo Kloe and team!

Very pleased with our in ground pool install. Bret, Dan, the install crew, and all other vendors (concrete, gas, electric, fence, etc) were all professional and on time. Would recommend them for a pool. Quoted items were firm throughout the entire process with all vendors. Alpine was recommended to us by 3 other neighbors.

We contracted with Alpine to install our pool. They are very hard working, knowledgeable, and responsive. The pool so far has been fantastic. I would recommend Alpine (Bret, Dan, and the guys) to anyone who is considering a pool.

Purchased a hot tub from this location in August. We looked at hot tubs from all stores in the Pgh area to compare brands, models, service, availability, price, etc. We chose Alpine because our Sales Rep Kloe provided more expertise on the hot tub features than the other stores, listened to our needs and matched us with the proper spa, and since hot tubs are not available in any showrooms due to the Coronavirus, she was the only person to show us the actual colors of the spa instead of having us look at a computer screen. The spa was on backorder and Kloe followed up to give us updates throughout the entire b/o process. The installation team was on time, cleaned up, and were all very nice and knowledgeable. We have been more than happy with Alpine and will absolutely recommend to others.

Call to set up appointment and very slow in response. Ended up using another service to open this year, trying to give them another chance but still no return call 😡

My husband and I called in to Alpine pools late spring, interested in putting an inground pool in our backyard. We went to a few companies before making any decisions but Alpine ended up being the best choice! We worked with Bret and some of the other staff out of the Bethel Park location and I would recommend them hands down every time. Not only were their prices fair, they were extremely accurate in every aspect of our quote. Great team to work with. There were unexpected issues out of their control, and they took care of everything without a hitch. Went beyond what was expected to the point I bought my hot tub from them after the fact. Highly recommend they be given a shot for those considering a pool or hot tub.

Tracy and her team understand the meaning of customer service. We had a series of unfortunate events but she stuck to it and saw us through each one. So happy we choose Alpine.

Very knowledgeable with all if there products and how each and everything works, if you have a question on anything pool or hot tub related and possibly more they have the answer and can give step by step instructions to make caring for your water fun needs that much easier. They are a smidge and I mean just a smidge high on certain products but what you get in return from the quality of the workers is priceless.

Bought a solar cover from them and was supposed to be a 12 mil...came home after it was put on the pool and it was so thin the wind would blow it off. Junk. Took and back and told them they said it was a 12 mil and it probably was an 8 mil. They wouldnt refund us the $113.00 because it had been out of the box( even tho we neatly dried and rolled it.) They lost our business for good.

From start to finish we had a great experience with Alpine Pools and couldnt be happier with the end result. Bret and Dan and the whole team did a great job and in the end, we got exactly what we were looking for. A great pool and a great look.

I had begun to call in regards to a linerfor my 16x32 in ground pool at the beginning of summer. I had made numerous calls and was told every time that the installer would call me to schedule a date and time. After approx 5 phone calls, I stopped in the store to see what was going on. Upon voicing my frustration, they were somehow able to all of the sudden schedule me while I was there..even without the installer! Fast forward to the last few weeks. I again have called numerous times to have my pool closing scheduled. Again, I had left approx 8-10 messages and was always told that I would receive a return call to schedule. The last time I called, which was last week, I explained the situation to the girl on the phone and she started that she would personally call the service person and would have him call me that day! I left my cell phone number once again and my direct work number. Shockingly, I again received no call. I called them today to cancel my liner installation and expressed my frustration to the man on the phone who clearly could care less! Horrible customer service Alpine Pools! I called another reputable pool company this afternoon and scheduled for the new liner and pool closing!!! Its nice to know that some companies still care about their business!

My pool was green and most companies told me to just drain my pool and refill it. Alpine gave me the chemicals as well as the step by step instructions on how to make my water crystal clean. The only place i will be going for my pool needs

I went to 4 different pool stores to see what to do about my pump and Alpine pools was the only place to recommend a repair instead of buying a new pump. The manager Clayton was very knowledgeable and friendly. My pump was repaired at a fair price and in a reasonable time

Awful customer service, if someone other then owner answers the phone they are completely clueless...Stacy, which is the owner( I believe)sets the tone with her inability to conduct any follow up on warranty issues or answer any general questions. Place sucks.

Was using a different pool store who was just not as helpful or as informed as Alpine. People here are always very friendly, but more than that, they are very helpful. I never feel like Im asking too many questions or they are bothered by me. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Went to the store over Memorial Day Weekend to purchase an in ground pool. Girl working showed us some designs and stated the in ground pool estimator would be in touch in a couple of days. It is now over a month later and we still have not heard from anyone. Provided both mine and my wifes cell numbers and emails. Guess they have enough business that they do not need my $100,000! My only experience with this store and obviously not one that I will do business with in the future. Went to Pool & Spa Outlet and customer service has been great thus far! Wouldnt let me post with out picking a star so I have to give one.

The installers were professional and fast and did a great job.

Worse pool experience. Slab was poured on side of hill after multiple attempts asking to not pour there including a concrete specialist who requested toPour slab for them...all equip separated and cracked. This company doesn’t return calls and is overbooked and does not have quality customer service. A number of neighbors looked at the work and the lack of customer support and can’t believe they don’t respond or guarantee their work. If I could load pictures I would show the beginning middle and never end because another pool company had to be called to re work their work. Worse decision we made by going with them.Wish I could give no star. Poor customer service.Reply. We replied to your ONE email via your website. You said it was he wrong way to reply even tho it’s listed in your email. We owe 4.77 percent HARDLY substantial. We had the poolClosed properly by another pool service. The equipment was separating from the pipes because it was laid on FRESH TOP SOIL. Shotty work. Bottom line it was shotty work and you are only replying because this is a public forum. We responded I have dates with emails and phone calls with no response. This is an ongoing issue had to pay 6700 for a new slab to be made and new equipment. ZERO accountability and respect for 100% disabled veteran who needed a heater for rehab. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and respect for their customers. No idea how they railroad people with no conscience.

Came to help clean up a crappy companies repairs. Did a great job and went above and beyond. Fixed a few smaller things in addition to large ones as freebies.

Overpriced chlorine

We hired Alpine Pools in Bethel Park to install our inground pool at our home. I cant say enough great things about them. We knew nothing about pools, so their knowledge was invaluable to us. They walked us through the whole process step by step and helped us make the best decision for our needs. The pool is now finished and we are getting to enjoy it. The building process was seamless. The installers were so great to work with. They explained what was going on through the building process as we had questions. As with any big construction project, there is going to be issues that arise. It s how those issues are handled and Apline did a great job at resolving the issues. They are such nice people to work with and I would recommend them again to family and friends.

Great people, great service!

These people care nothing about satisfying their customers. Bought many services from them before giving up on them. Got new liner. It was so cheap it started fading first couple of times I cleaned it. Was full of wrinkles upon install. Installer said not wrinkles just dirt lines, itll be fine after you clean it. It wasnt, they were wrinkles. Lots of them. Bought new pump, paid for hard plumbing. Pool heater they sold me is leaking. They blamed it on my water being imbalanced even though I take it to get tested every 2 weeks. Wants 135.00 for 5 minutes to tell me it cant be repaired. Asked them could they take something off the price of service call since I WAS a repeat customer. They said no. Even though I would have got a new heater from them. Got a quote for new combo pool from them. They quoted 15,000 for just the pool. No excavation, no deck, no fencing, no pump, no ladder, and no accessories.Ended up getting a better pool at pool city for 13,000 included fence, deck, pump, ladder, all start up accessories and excavation. I will be sticking with pool city as they seem to care more about their customers.

The best pool place around. Someone is always there to help you immediately with pool chemical help, finding products, etc.
