They didnt have what my 8 year old wanted but the nice cashier was observant and made a suggestion that really pleased my kiddo. I was very impressed.

Not the best location. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and they handed me a cup of chocolate ice cream with whipped cream on top with a straw. Totally undrinkable because it wasnt made as a shake at all. And waited like 10 mins while everyone ahead of me got their ice cream first. I get your busy but take time to get peoples orders right. Not going to return to this location

Took 7yr old grandson there. He wanted to sit outside. Lovely place to sit, shaded in the eve watching instead of driving on 88. Typical DQ products. Store itself was very clean, staff polite and efficient. Will go back for the $6 meal hotdog,fries,drink and a sundae.

Havent been to a DQ in years! Travelled to PA from MA for a family wedding and had some time to kill...very busy which is good to see, and the icecream was fabulous!

I realize the place was packed but paying $10 for Blizzards that were nothing but milkshakes. Clerk never held them upside down. We should have asked for replacements but customer line was length of store and we had waited over 30 minutes. Very disappointed.

I wish I could give this Dairy Queen SIX STARS! The workers were so professional & competent! The ice cream was the exact perfect temperature, texture, & moisture! I ordered a Blizzard & I had to ask the worker three different times: are you SURE this was made correctly? Theres so many toppings!!! This Dairy Queen made me feel like a Dairy King!!

The way my mom was treated today was inexcusable. The cashier was extremely rude! You are in a business of customer service and when someone needs help you don’t tell them to look at the menu and figure it out yourself. Maybe it’s time to retire or find a job that does not have you working directly with customers.

My wife and kids love it here for the Blizzards. The lines always seem to move quickly too.

A favorite of our family

I tried the new Frosted Animal Cracker Blizzard and it was good. I rated two stars because that’s how many animal crackers were actually in my Blizzard. I wish it would have had more frosted animal crackers in the Blizzard 😕. Otherwise, the girls at the register were friendly and wearing masks.

Every time I come here I remember why I try to avoid coming. The customer service is horrible. The workers (not all but most) have bad attitudes and little manners. If i’m spending my money somewhere I’d prefer to be treated respectfully.

This place is great. Theyre operating with covid guidelines in place at the moment but that doesnt hinder service one bit. Fast and friendly. Our go to at the moment.

I went to Dairy Queen today with my son for a blizzard treat. I got the berry cheesecake blizzard. It was tasty although it only had 3 small pieces of cheesecake in it. I usually get the strawberry cheesequake blizzard but thought Id try this limited time flavor. If you dont like seeds then I wouldnt recommend this one because there were a lot of seeds!

Location is open and taking safety measures during the pandemic! There was tape on the ground to help customers keep distance, signs re: keeping distance, a plexiglass wall in front of the register, and I saw employees spraying & wiping down the checkout counter (which was reassuring!) Thank you, DQ!

If I could give this business zero stars I would. This is the 2nd time we have gone in there and they would not serve what we requested. We simply wanted a royal cheesecake blizzard filled with fudge instead of strawberry. We were told they would not do it as they would be yelled at by Mr. Allen. No other dairy queen has a problem making the blizzard this way. Mayor Allen should teach his employees to serve the customers what they ask for. We will never be back.

I dont go to this DQ as often as I should . It has been there a long time for good reason. Very fresh burgers. Had a strawberry Sunday made to order just the way I wanted. Very good all around.

I dont usually write these things but I love going here and usually have no problem as the staff is always so kind! Until the other day that is. I had stopped in with my family and I understand that big orders can be frustrating but this woman whose name I believe to have been Fran or Francesca something along those lines had the worst attitude with us. She was sighing loudly as we were ordering and didnt even smile at us once. Maybe she was just having a bad day I dont know but it was definitely a huge disappointment to me as we were just happy to be celebrating my cousins graduation with some ice cream.

Anyone who plays a role in getting ice cream in my mouth gets a minimum 3/5 stars. The friendly atmosphere and quality service warrant the other two stars. AND the workers didnt laugh at me when i continued to order Jurassic smash blizzards weeks after the promotion ended.

A great after school treat place. Open year round so you dont have to wait for spring to get your soft serve. They also have freezers with all your favorite cakes inside

Im sorry, but as the owner of a food establishment, running out of 11 different menu items on what should be anticipated to be a busy weekend is inexcusable. This is just management/ownership dropping the ball in a major way. I feel for the poor employees who were stuck fielding one irritated question after another from frustrated customers.

Barely any candy in my blizzard. Not the first time a DQ has done this to me either (eventually Ill learn my lesson). It seems mighty cheap of them to skimp on the crushed candy in an almost $4.00 soft serve.

Got 2 banana splits and one was made correctly with the right amount of ice cream and the second one was made with literally a dab of ice cream and When asked about it they said she over did the one she made and he did it right with the little dabs and I know for fact thats not the right way to make one. Very upset about it!

This used to be my wife and Is go to place when we wanted icecream, but its becoming increasingly disappointing. Most recently she got a cookie dough blizzard that may as well have been a vanilla icecream, as there were only about two or three chunks of cookie dough. The order was to go and they tossed our blizzards into a paper bag rather than a drink carrier.

I wanted to give acknowledgment to the cashier tonight who remade my Heath blizzard without chocolate sauce without me having to ask for a replacement. I didn’t realize it had chocolate sauce in the recipe and was disappointed when I got it that way thinking it was chocolate ice cream. She remade the blizzard and came outside to give it to me even. This was incredibly thoughtful. Thank you.

We stopped here at the end of the night. The place was pretty trashed behind the counter. I guess thats typical for high school kids. The Ice cream was good though.

The older lady that works usually daytime is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful!! I asked a question and she answered it very rudely. Not the first time I have been there and she was working and had a nasty attitude!!! You lost a cake sale and future business today because of her!!

They are always busy it seems and service is okay. They have a lot of young kids working and most are nice.

Parking stinks. To be honest, its ice cream and frozen treats, not four star dining. Prices are inflated because of area. Major disappointment.

The worst DQ I have been to. I was inclined to think this just happened once or something but Ive given this location many tries and theyve always done the same thing every time. The blizzards they have here have next to no toppings in them. Every other DQ Ive been to puts a normal amount of topping in the blizzards but this one puts almost none. Super cheepo. Ive actually started driving the extra 15 minutes down Rte. 88 to the DQ in Finleyville to get something even close to what I pay for.

Store was out of most ingredients when I finally got to the counter. Would have liked to be informed before then.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The customer service was terrible. The older lady mocked me and seemed very annoyed that I was there. She took my blizzard to the back and came back a couple minutes later, not really sure why she was so angry.

There was only two people behind me in line, but was still told to hurry up to order by the cashier. Horrible service. She had difficulty taking my simple order of two sundies.

The women at the front counter called me girl (NOT a term of endearment) and the young lady making my ice cream had A very long pony tail so when she bent down to grab a spoon (which she touch the part I’m suppose to eat with) her ponytail went in my ice cream.
