Just bought a new house and have never shopped for a new mattress before. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store on Saturday 11/25. As first time mattress buyers, we had no idea what to expect but we were made to feel welcome and stress free in the whole process. Ended up walking away with our dream bed. We needed to buy a new mattress for a childs bed. Marius, the sales rep, was extremely helpful in explaining the options available and helped us pick one that worked for our budget. He was very friendly, and offered information on the mattresses without being pushy at all. I highly recommend this store if you need a new mattress!

We have been to many mattress stores! Tonight we stopped in Mattress Firm on Library Road Bethel Park, Pa. we were greeted by Chris Shaw and he was very knowledgeable, patient and polite. He was not pushy and very patient with is( I think we layed on every bed) I just wanted to express our gratitude for a comforting shopping experience for a very important and costly purchase!

Great service at the store when trying to decide on a mattress. Wonderful that it was delivered in only 2 days and on New Year’s Day! Will go back in the future when it time to replace other bed in the house.
