Found bits of bugs in our food. Probably will not return to this place after this experience.We showed the woman working at the register and requested a refund. She declined and offered to cook us the same thing. In the same oil that has these bugs..Im not one to go and write reviews but this is not cool.
I do not recommend this Restaurant for those that are ordering from another town like i have done, Mongolian beef dont really taste like Mongolian, havent tried the kung pao chicken and the Philly cheese steak does not taste like a Philly cheese steak. The portions of the chicken and beef is stingy for the prices they are going for. No cheese in the Philly cheese steak only vegetables and mayonnaise
Not bad of a selection for the location and I couldnt complain about my experience.
Friendly service and decent food. Given nothing else available, five stars but understand, airport food... Had the chicken and broccoli which was ok. Given how hard to get vegetables in town, had a decent amount of broccoli but could have used more.
I made my order 3 times to make sure they had it and still ended up with the cheapest on the menu instead of what I ordered 😑 was supposed to be a ribeye with backed potato. I got a network with rice and then they gave me attitude
Grants vending machines were out of commission and it was scorching hot that day so my family of 3 and I walked to get some drinks. Didnt have time to dine in or order due to our flight being too soon, so I dont know hows the food but the drinks were over priced and not even chilled! For 6 drinks a little over 30 dollars.
The owners have bad customer service & I think they need 2 hire more workers that are local!
The customer service was terrible and they didnt understand the food order even though I explained it numerous times. Then they brought us half of what was paid for. When I mentioned they didnt give us our drinks and we were missing another burger from the order she tried to argue they gave us what we ordered. Eventually she understood and it was fixed. We ate our food but when we were leaving the host decided to taunt me about buying another burger from them and here I gave a 15% tip. Ill never eat at this place the food was so greasy and their customer service was awful.
Dont buy fried rice from them too expensive. Burgers are good.

We bought water and 2 Gatorade and Ill 3 were total 2.00 each paid 10.00 and the workers says 10.00 no tax and didnt get the 4.00 change back 🙄
Had two hairs in my food. They made me a new plate and it was half of the original size ordered

The food is great. Worth the stop by to eat. Do it 😉, I mean, what else are you going to do in Bethel? If you know Glenda, I can understand why you wont stop by to try out the food at the Bethel Airport Restaurant, but others, dont have an excuse. Really, their food is good, and this service is great. Try it out today 🙂, I believe you will enjoy it.

This food is GOOD! We are from California and most places outside of dont have spicy food when its labeled spicy. I was sweating! In a good way. This Kung Pao Beef is worth coming back for. Service was good. Nice people. The menu has a lot of choices. I recommend.
These are genuinely nice people that make really good food. The location is really convenient if youre waiting at Yute Air or the Alaska Airlines terminal.
