These guys fixed my garage door quickly and efficiently. They also showed me how to maintain my door and even tighten tightened a few screws that had come loose. Awesome experience, very reasonable price, excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

I called Bethel Overhead Doors at 7:30 am this morning expecting to leave a message and ended up speaking with a live person via answering service which was a nice surprise. The main office returned my message within an hour and scheduled a repair for the same day. I was given a ballpark estimate before they did the repair which was appreciated. Once on site, they replaced the part and took payment over the phone because I had to go to work when service occurred. Hands down this was nothing short of AMAZING customer service. I love supporting a local business especially one with such professionalism and excellent service!

Great local company. The spring on one of our doors broke on Thanksgiving. I sent a note thru their website and a technician was at our house before 9AM next morning. Spring replaced, both doors serviced and complete in an hour. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service experience

Had a tension spring break over the weekend and called Bethel Overhead Door Monday morning. My call was returned within 15 minutes and the repair was made promptly the following day. Great service and fair price.
