Staff was very patient and knowledgeable, the young man there took his time to help me come up with something nice for a birthday gift for my girl. I came back to buy some chocolates for guests who come home, same friendly service. I would recommend, I keep some chocolates with me while I work from home.

Delicious dark chocolate soft serve ice cream, its not too sweet! Skip the cone - its sadly not made in-house and has a dry stale bitter taste.

So a lot of Godiva shops shut down, I have a feeling the ones that didnt were bought by another company and kept the name. You can tell there is a difference. And put my dark chocolate raspberry shake back!

You cant go wrong with chocolate, but Godiva does it right. Great selection and service. I usually buy holiday gifts that are perfect and neutral. Who doesnt like a great every once in a while, no matter what the diet. This store fits the bill, with items to luxury snack or gift, you wont be disappointed.

Delicious chocolate! Love their signature gold boxes for gifts. Truffles are superb. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program. Elixirs are really good but sometimes the same item does not come out the same way (taste and texture) depending on who makes it for you so thats kind of a let down considering they arent cheap.

Yummy! Five stars because its Godiva! Everything in the shop is decadent to the senses. Everything is always perfect. Clean shop. Nice atmosphere. One-star because they didnt have a single cordial and the staff didnt know what a cordial was. 😕

The two ladies that work in the Govida Store yesterday was not very friendly at all!!😒 Customer Service is very Important tool to have when dealing with the public ...and maybe more people would come in your establishment and buy more candies in there ...I always go there when I come to the Montgomery Mall.. Those two women that work yesterday..did not seem very enthusiastic about there job..😒

Tip to the super rude guy who works here (Feb 25): either learn some basic manners, like greeting people and asking them what they would like to buy, instead of just staring at them and having them guess what you are actually thinking and if youre ready for their order. Also, dont talk crap about your customers to your colleagues, thats also very rude. Or at least try to do it discreetly. How anybody hired this moron is shocking to me. If you hate your job or hate working with people, go get a a different job. I refused to return to this store and buy more candy just because if you. Godiva, hire nicer people.

What a dangerous store. I really like there bars, but you have to get more than you want to get a decent deal. A bit expensive.
