Great location for all the new releases and they seem to always have the sizes that I need. Also, the staff is super friendly and always helpful. Its nice to walk into a place and feel welcome. Great job!

I left really disappointed when I really wanted to buy these shoes as a Christmas gift for my husband. As I planned on checking out, the person that was assisting me notices some make up shimmery stain on the one pair of the white laces so she asked the manager for an extra 5% off and he said he couldn’t do that but will try to take off the make up stain. I checked again after they were clean and nope it’s still there. I than proceed to check the other pair and notice it also has the make up stains as well so I just left and there was nothing they could’ve said or talk me into buying the shoes. That’s bad customer service.

Terrible customer service and absolutely infuriating return policy. Apparently if you buy something by debit, they refuse to refund your card and insist on cash. Now, this would have not have been a problem, but it seems that they never have cash on hand! Had to come back several times over the course of THIRTEEN DAYS before I was finally refunded today. Rude sales associates and inefficient policy. Never shopping at Kicks USA again.
