Got a New used Stainless steel Refrigerator Good price working good so far. 90 day warranty $40 delivery charge. 🍦

I bought a freezer and I was assured I had a 90 day warranty on the product. It malfunctioned within the 90 days and thawed all my frozen food. I tried to return it for my money back and the man said there were no refunds and assured me it there was nothing wrong with it. After which I had discovered he had replaced the plug - something he flat out lied and said he didnt do. The freezer only worked for less than another week before it broke down again.These people are shysters and obviously do not understand the concept that when you commit fraud, actions are taken against you and your business. It apparently is going to take contacting an attorney and the police to get my money back.

Its unbelievable what these guys do. They are thieves. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I bought a used/like new refrigerator from this store and it only lasted about 3 months. It took them almost a month before they came to try and fix the fridge. I had another person check out the refrigerator to see if there was any funny business going on. He told me that A&K sold me refrigerator that wasnt very good. How can you sell me something you know doesnt work properly? Then try to make more money off me by repairing a problem that should have been fixed before this item was sold. DO NOT BUY from this place! I repeat DO NOT BUY from this place!

Excellent place to get appliances. I bought a refridgerator from them 2 years ago. Havent had a problem at all. At first the ice maker didnt work and they fixed the issue. Im definately going back when I need an appliance. I would not recommend this place if they didnt have excellent service.

Where do I start.I purchased a 20+ cubic ft refrigerator for a family of 5 right down the street from my home. Delivery was on time and staff was great. We understood it was used but we were promised it worked great and came with a warranty.We noticed it got cold but was taking a few days to reach temperature in the freezer. They came out 2 times to service the refrigerator with the same results.They promised to replace the refrigerator but delivered a smaller refrigerator. We understood that there was no refund but they told us they should have charged us more. I would not recommend this Appliance Store to anyone. Legal actions will be taken. I really wanted to like this store.

The delivery driver was awesome and did a great job. The communication between the driver and the office though was terrible. My delivery was suppose to be around noon and got here around 830pm.

Went in today in hopes of finding a fridge on the spot, as the previous owners of my new home took the fridge last minute. I went in and was kindly assisted right away. They helped me find one I liked and one that fit my specific measurements. I explained that all my food was sitting outside in the cold. They were to deliver later if they could. But these guys litterly took it right than and there, because of my situation. And I couldnt have been more thankful as all my stuff was starting to unthaw. They helped set it up too, even ran back for a part to hook it up and came back to finish it. I highly recommend these guys.

Customer service was ok until. I found out they deliver after 4pm. Then he tells me that i didnt ask about when is deliver. 1st off you as a business should explain what time delivery its not my job to ask if your providing the delivery it should have been stated then how it works. I was told a few times i called they are gettingto me soon. I payed for the fridge at 11am waited 3 hrs before calling and on top of that he had attitude. I didnt get my fridge in my house till almost 9pm. And i paid extra for the deliver. Smh plus the bottom plastic piece that goes at the front bottom of fridge was missing and never given to me after i saw it there when i picked the fridge up. Never go to this guy he is a rip off..

Bought a washer/dryer set from this place. They had it listed as “used/like new”. Clearly they never tested it because it never worked correctly from day 1. It had a “warranty” 🤣 ok 👌🏻 I messaged them, called them, texted them. NOTHING! Sent them pictures even videos of the washer talked to them once they expected me to bring the washer back to them. It’s a 300lb washer that was installed in a “2ed floor” laundry room! Ummm yeah no way! That was not stated when we were told about the warranty! They were supposed to call me back to schedule a time and day to come look at it. 🤣 yeah never happened!! Got tired of trying to contact and getting nowhere. Called a local repair place that came out $70 for them to tell me I waisted $700 because it’s not repairable! I have pictures to support everything in this review just won’t let me post.

A friend of mine purchased a used dryer as a gift for me, got it home it made noise, and would not shut off. So the next day they send out a technician who never showed up until 8:30 pm. Low and behold it worked for not even one load of laundrt.so here it is New Years eve and they were supposed to deliver another dryer at 5 it is currently 7:30. I give them a zero stars.

Shame on me for buying from small company total loss $450 from them and $1000 for new set. #DontbuyhereEdited 3/25/2020:I’ve had the washer and dryer less than three months and the washer is constantly breaking. Currently it is broken and not in use for two weeks almost and the be reached out to the store for repair and got some line about coming but never showed. It’s been 10 days since I can use the machine and a new guy who took over has yet to contact to come fix or repair or refund. The dryer most times has to be run a second time to dry even small loads. For a family with kids whose washer is a life line, being forced to laundry mat while having a machine I can’t use is frustrating. Having a company not honor warranty or respond is not acceptable. I lost $450 in this purchase end of December but I will NEVER go back and do not recommend. The other guy who was there was great the new guy lost my respect & my business. Shop in another place as they went down hill in less than 3 months. Does not honor 90 day warranty. I Purchased a refrigerator for $500 here two months ago. It is leaking refrigerant and the freezer does not always work. I called them on the phone to repair it and he has promised to come out, but has flaked several times.

We were in the market for a freezer/refrigerator. We were looking for stainless steel counter depth. On a whim I searched on Facebook marketplace and found a A&K Appliances in Bethlehem. I noticed they had the exact freezer/refrigerator we were looking for. Excellent brand (Fisher-Paykel - very high end) and excellent price. Still we were concerned about buying preowned so we visited the store. The owners were fantastic. Good family owned business. The refrigerator appeared solid and clean and we were very happy. We purchased the refrigerator at a fraction of the cost of retail. Their delivery charge was extremely reasonable. Unfortunately the day of delivery their delivery guy did not show up - however the owners personally drove our refrigerator to our house and installed it staying until they were sure everything worked well. In the end I highly recommend A&K appliances. Honest people, great service, really solid appliances. It’s been a week since installation and the freezer/refrigerator is running fantastic. What a beautiful addition to our kitchen! Thank you A&K Appliances! If you are reading this don’t hesitate to shop there and find your next appliance now!
