The older lady with the reddish brown hair that wears glasses was extremely rude. I asked her if she had an item in stock and she was extremely hostile about it. I kept my cool because I don’t like people seeing when I get out of character. I just walked out the store

I just left this store with a horrible experience! I needed help looking for a specific color & I asked the blonde girl for help. She literally took me to the section and went about her day did not offer ANY help what’s so ever & I realized she was kinda in a hurry JUST TO TALK TO HER CO WORKER ABOUT IRRELEVANT WORK STUFF!! And there was only like three people in the store. I’ve had good experiences here but she needs to be removed because it’s really pointless to have employees who do not help you out. It’s work not a hang with your friend place!

Place to get beauty supplies. A little pricey but stuff that is hard to find other places

We didnt get in to store yet right outside of and the lady think manger was rude to us then daughter talking to me about it and the other lady said something told her i understand but dont have to be rude and u dont need to come at my 14 year old like that

Nail decals were old when I went to get my money back she offered me more old nail decals gave me a problem over not having my receipt thought thats what the sally card was for? Hassle

I had GREEN hair that I dyed green 2.5months ago and I wanted to color it pink. I went to this location and Jose helped me find the products I needed and was beyond helpful. My hair came out a beautiful platinum blonde in ONE NIGHT! Without any damage or having to sacrifice any of my length! It came out so beautiful I will be keeping the blonde for a while before going pink! This man knows what he’s talking about and I HIGHLY recommend this location and store associate!

I was in this evening to pick out a new straightener they had great deals and $15 off any hair tool... The staff was friendly and informative I shant exactly what I needed and remember if you sign up for their email you get $5 off a future purchase... Close but sometimes can be busy because its attached to Giant.... Over all a great store it was clean....and orderly

The store and the workers were really sweet! But there are some creepy guys which are usually drunk or high and it stops people from going in to the stores and it really isnt safe for the people that work there 😣

I had purchased some hair pieces yesterday and was leary if they were the correct ones i needed. I asked the guy SPECIFICALLY if i could rerurn them if they didnt werent correct. Was told yes, just have your reciept go to return them today and they lady tells me that they absoluteluly cannot return them. They need to train their employees correctly on protocols. Will not shop there again.

Workers are rude and busy talking in groups with friends or favorite customers. All Spanish speaking employees speaking spanish. Felt uncomfortable. If you want to hang out do it at home.
