Stopped in for some Easter candy earlier today. Great selection and reasonable prices. The freshness and quality of their chocolate cant be beat. You can taste the difference. Even though it gets crowded around the holidays, they have an organized system that keeps things moving. The staff is very friendly & genuine.

I love how charming this location and the Allentown location are. You walk in and immediately the smell of chocolate wafts over you. The tables are laden with so many different varieties and combinations of chocolates, mints, gummys, etc. ANYONE can find something to indulge.Personal favorites are the milk chocolate nonpareils, grapefruit gummy bears, and the molasses honeycomb.

My favorite candy store! Their chocolate is so delicious!! I still miss their Jordan crackers, which Ive been eating since I was a kid, but weve found new favorites to enjoy.

Couldnt have been a nicer experience! The staff was so helpful to my wife as she picked out an assorted bag. I buy a LOT of chocolate for my wife and I can say that the prices at Josh Early are very good for high end candy like this. Shop is very nice inside, big too. Great assortments of pre-packaged candies too.

The lady - i think her name was sharon - that serviced us was LOVELY. i feel welcomed and taken care of whenever i pop in here, and of course the candies and chocolate are to die for!!

Watch out if youre coming here on a diet. Because youll quickly forget it in the parking lot. All of these delicious treats look amazing. But they taste better. The staff is so friendly. Like when you visit your grandma and she loves to give you candy, yeah its that kind of feel. Plus, the smell is amazing.

This may be the best chocolate maker in PA. Certainly those of us who live in the Lehigh Valley know that this is the best place to get all candy, but especially chocolate and specialty chocolate. Things can get a bit pricey if you amass a larger and larger collection of items that you want to take home but you do get what you pay for and if you want good chocolate and candy, this place is worth the money. Try to buy before the major holidays and youll rarely face a line. During the lead-up to major holidays this place is so busy that they have to hire a police officer to assist with traffic and even then, they do a great job moving customers through their store quickly. Beat the rush so you can take your time.

If you want really good chocolate, this is where you should go. They have the most diverse selection of chocolate creations. I dont know of any better place to get chocolate.

I grew up eating Josh Early candies, and can attest to the fact that their quality has not changed in 30 plus years.I visited the Bethlehem location today and was greeted with a warm, friendly atmosphere. The store was very clean and everything was well organized. They had numerous different options. Plan time to browse everything!Staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all, a great experience. I am making it a new tradition.

A great classic candy store located just north of the city of Bethlehem PA. Wonderful selection. One can spend hours in here looking over all the goodies. Huge parking lot. It must get full around the holidays. Gift items are available for that special someone. Ask about sugar-free goodies too. Got a sweet tooth or sweetheart? Think Josh.

Visited while in Allentown recently, WOW!Candies are exceptional. Wide range of tasty choices. I got a licorice based candy, brought some chocolates home to my wife and colleague purchased chocolate covered pretzels. All three were worth every penny.Worth a trip!

Love this little shop. Their gummy bears are best Ive ever tasted. The pink grapefruit gummy bears have become a guilty pleasure and I highly recommend them to any gummy fan. Fantastic chocolate and the sweetest ladies run the shop. A must visit for every chocolate fan.

Updating my review after another amazing interaction3/15/2020 We stopped by to make a box for mommy, one for daddy, and a bag for baby. They labeled the boxes so when we got home, we knew whose was whose! Super sweet. And lets be honest stopped a potential disagreement with hubby over whose he was potentially eating!Cant eat regular chocolate anymore :-( makes me ashamed to have ever loved Hershey.

Great nuts (cashews) and chocolate, helpful clerks and cashiers. I shop here twice a year every year, and sometimes just for a snack.

The store is very clean and easy to shop. The chocolate is absolutely delicious and you can definitely taste effort they put in to produce a high quality product. There is a lot of variety available in chocolates and other candies. When you buy their products you know you wont he disappointed.

Josh Early candies still has the same high quality of products and customer service that I remember from my childhood in the 1960s. The chocolates are wonderful, and they offer sugar free items as well. A special place for holiday treats or anytime.

Best chocolate around

The chocolate here has been the gold standard in the Lehigh Valley for decades. There is a great variety of individual chocolates. There are molds and special baskets at the holidays.

I grew up in Bethlehem and continue to their chocolate is my favorite. So when I had a chance to stop in I was sooo excited. I hadnt been back in Bethlehem for at least 8 years. I checked the times online and it showed open until 6. So I was completely crushed when I got there at 4:09 to see a sign saying new hours with closing time at 4. It totally ruined my mood for the day and am depressed that something I missed so much I cant get because of a handwritten sign unavailable online.

I love Josh Early. The employees are always so helpful and cheerful, no matter how busy.
