Zack was very patient with me while my old car was getting fixed. He took the time to communicate with me which is very important. When I decided to buy a new vehicle, Ziad was there for me. He is an extremely patient person as well and very understanding. He answered all my questions and then answered questions I didnt know I had. He also signed me up a few weeks after my purchase to meet with Jared who will help me understand more about how my car works. I look forward to that appointment.

I am pleased with service from Faulkner. In my case the service is just periodic maintenance. Car comes back clean, and whatever I went in for was done right the first time. A service representative always explains everything they did when I am ready to pay at the cashiers desk. Everyone is very courteous.

Just purchased #3 end of the year, and Jared worked quickly to get me the best trade-in and purchase deal, beyond my expectations, beating the competition, going above and beyond to get the car I wanted. GM Dave Kopew jumped in to solve a financial situation, and the follow-up after purchase was first-class. No complaints, recommend to anyone. One caveat: Beware the after-sell of additional coverages. As with any big purchase, be sure to ask about all extras before settling on price.

Faulkner Subaru (Cori in the service department, in particular) is amazing. I bought my Subaru Outback at a discount car lot out of state, attracted by the price of the car. When I got it home, though, I discovered some problems with the car that needed to be addressed. I took it to my local dealership, Faulkner Subaru, wondering if I would get quality service since I didn’t buy my car there. My worries proved to be unfounded, however. The moment Cori picked up the phone and asked me what was going on with my car, I knew I was in good hands. That crucial first impression over the phone should never be underestimated. My wife and I had recently moved to this area in search of work after I had been furloughed from my job in Indiana due to COVID-19. We were in a brand new town where we didn’t know anyone, trying to make every dollar stretch, and feeling particularly vulnerable with a car we had just purchased. Cori stepped in and became an advocate for us, dealing with a long, frustrating, drawn out process between the discount car lot that sold me the car and the warranty company that was balking at the coverage claim. It was more than two weeks of a loaner vehicle and daily advocacy, and my car was finally approved for repair. I cannot say enough about my amazing experience with Faulkner Subaru. They genuinely invest in customer service and satisfaction, and I will be a customer for life.

I was looking to trade in my outback for a newer vehicle. I decided to go with Faulkner in Bethlehem, which is not in my local community, because of the customer service I received. They gave me a great trade in value, as well as listened to my wants and needs and did everything they could to accommodate me from start to finish. From sales to finance, the guys were very courteous, respectful, low pressure and efficient, they made the process very positive. I highly recommend this Subaru dealer.
Worst car buying experience ever! Bought a car 3 weeks ago that they hadnt even inspected yet. It needed work, took over 2 weeks to get parts and 3 days for repairs. Then it took over 24 hours to detail and it wasnt even ready at the time I scheduled to pick it up. Left waiting in Service Waiting area for over 1/2 an hour. I will never be back.

I love my 2021 Crosstrek! Some really great safety features including rear automatic braking in case you are approaching a hazard while backing. Safety features actually save money on car insurance. Pure Red is exactly the color I wanted, too. This is my second Crosstrek, so I was familiar with it and felt comfortable driving it right from test drive.
Car buying experience was same as many places- salesperson left for 10 minutes at a time to go talk to management. The gas tank on our new Forester was not filled as promised. The service department has a nice waiting area and trust me you will need it. We experienced a three hour wait for an oil change and we had an appointment. Thanks to COVID we had to wait outdoors. We are in our 70s, so this was awful..we sat on the ground under a tree to escape the 90 degree heat...They should provide park benches perhaps...Or adhere to appointment times!

The service department is unprofessional. My car was there for over one month for relatively minor damage which they made out to be worse than it was. Communication was poor, and all the shop had were excuses as to their own fault for not having it repaired timely. I was swindled into paying entirely too much for a car only to have it sit in their garage for ONE MONTH for repairs, all the while having a loaner car on my dime. The warranty department will lie to you, the dealers will swindle you. Stay away. Ciocca next time. Ive never been so disappointed with service. In fact, my father was going to purchase a car here and the experience I had made him decide not to even check out the inventory. Faulkner Subaru should be embarrassed.
I visited this dealership about 10 years ago and I had a terrible experience. The sales person had no idea what he was selling and I had a high pressure sales pitch from a manager. I was hesitant about contacting them again. My experience was totally different this time. I submitted an internet request and I was contacted promptly. Dylan arranged for the test driving of two cars that I was interested in purchasing. He knows the cars and was able to share his knowledge about both cars. Great experience with the team this time!!! Low pressure-great communication and a positive buying experience. I highly recommend working with Dylan and the finance manager Kyle. My car was detailed and Dylan spent time going through all of the settings and options with the car. Full tank of gas- summer and winter car mats too. We knew exactly what we were looking for, called in advance to set up a test drive and sales consultation, and we were in and out of the dealer in roughly an hour including the test drive. Kyle was our sales associate and Kyle in finance worked with us on the paperwork. The entire experience was pleasant. Furthermore, the quality of the used car was phenomenal. It looks brand new, drives brand new, and we are thrilled every time we take it out for a drive.

Thanks Sean!, Jared, Rand/Frank and Dave for a great buying experience. phenomenalOur 1st 2013 Impreza Limited had many issues and poor engine and transmission issues that were NOT really properly addressed resulting in poor performance/poor gas mileage, burned LOTS of oil for 6 years before Subaru finally fessed up on bad valve springs etc. Now after 7 years later as original owner, the huge chunk of cash paid for new ended with tiny trade-in value unexpectedly, but was explained hail damage couldnt be helped, lets hope this new 2021 Forester with adding Subarus longest extended warranty purchased results in a better quality experience on our long ownership this time :)I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone to looking to buy a new Subaru. I was helped by dealer Anthony T. and he was professional and knowledgeable when helping me choose the Subaru I wanted. A nice establishment with bathrooms, sanitizer, and masked employees.The 2020 WRX I purchased is a spectacular and fun daily driver. She can be sensitive about getting into 1st and 2nd gear but that just makes getting a smooth shift into them so so satisfying. I highly recommend the base model for pure value or the performance package if you can spare a few more grand for more fun. Buy a WRX to have an amazing driving experience.Update: There were some issues that occurred during my sale that I didnt catch until a few months later. I was upset about this but my original dealer came thru and got the issues fixed promptly. He went above and beyond and made sure I was also well taken care of for the inconvenience which shows me these folks are committed to their customers.
I was reluctant to take my car here for the spring valve recall and the break light recall but it was the closest place to where I live that would do it. I have had issues with Faulkner Subaru Bethlehem in the past pressuring me to get unnecessary repairs done. Therefore, I stopped taking my car there. As I assumed they called me while they had the engine out and gave me a laundry list of things that are wrong with my car: leaks from the cam cages ($800 repair), new spark plus ($88 repair), cabin filters ($115 repair), new coolant and thermostat ($122), and to replace my left side marker bulb. There is less than 65,000 miles on my car and it is well maintained by my mechanic with routine oil changes and inspections. Little did they know it was just at my mechanic on the Monday prior to my appointment, so I called them before I considered getting any of the work done and they said there was nothing wrong with my car while they had it. Faulkner Subaru tried to con me out of over $1,000 dollars of unnecessary work.
I hate dealing with dealerships for obvious reasons - but this place is by far the worst of the worst. I couldnt be more disgusted! All they did was lie to me & inconvenience me. I dealt with Sarah Early & honestly she couldnt have done a worse job. Pathetic excuse for service. Please dont waste your $ or time!

Edit:After the 2nd Freon and Dye recharge, the tech found there was a condenser leak and recommended the condenser be replaced. The tech spoke with the manager and Faulkner replaced it free of charge.~~~~~~~I bought a used 2014 Subaru forester. It stopped blowing cold air in the summer 2018. Faulkner Subaru recommended to replace the compressor and recharge the Freon. The following summer 2019 the AC stopped blowing cold air again. They recommended to recharge the Freon with dye so they can see where the leak is located. I brought it back after 3 weeks of driving per their instructions and they could not find a leak. Again, summer 2020 the AC stopped blowing cold air again and they recommended to recharge the Freon with dye again. If you think just because they have the Subaru name, they will stand by their work. Think again.
Parts department thats were I went there for a part for my car.The gentlemen found my part right away did not have to wait long at all.The parts department was well maintained and Clean.Employees were helpful and polite.

I recently purchased a 2020 Subaru Forrester at Faulkner Subaru in Bethlehem and I can honestly say that it was one of the easiest and best purchases I have ever made. The sales staff could not have been friendlier or more knowledgeable about the vehicle. I’ll definitely be adding more Subarus to my stable as my children get older.

We delt with Nev as our sales rep and Kyle as our finance rep and both went above and beyond our expectations to make our car buying experience actually pleasant. Nev kept excellent and quick communication with us and he worked with our busy schedule. Overall, sales and service are pretty good. The reason for four stars and not five is the service costs are at the top end of the spectrum. As an example, I arrived at the dealership without an appointment as my 2011Outback had developed a hum that increased frequency with speed. They looked at the car quickly and determined that both rear wheel bearings needed to be replaced. Sara informed me that it be approximately $1000. WOW! I had no choice as the weather is too cold to do it myself. After watching several YouTube videos, wheel bearing replacement is a straightforward and fairly easy job. I found that I could have done the job myself for less than $500 using Subaru parts in a weekend morning.The point of this review is to point out that your service and parts costs are at the top of the spectrum.Having said all of that, I will continue to purchase vehicles and service that I cannot perform myself from Faulkner. Better pricing would earn a fifth star from me.
I never write reviews, but I feel compelled in this instance. I have had quite a few car buying experiences.. and this was by far the most comfortable and pleasant out of any of them. From the minute I entered the dealership (2 hours away), I was greeted warmly and did not feel pressured in any way.They matched and beat another dealers quoted price, and I got the vehicle I wanted. The process was smooth and all the employees were genuinely friendly. My salesman, Mike, was informative and a nice guy. He answered any question I had and went out of his way to make things seamless for me. My financing portion was handled by Sean and he was also very helpful and not pushy in any way.I left with such a good experience that I will be returning there for my services and first oil change, despite a Subaru dealer being right around the corner from where I live. If you are in search of a Subaru, and want a good experience while also being treated fairly -- I suggest giving this dealership a call or a visit. I will return and also recommend people I know to come here.

My car not only looks brand new where the damage was repaired but the entire car was detailed - inside and out. Everyone I encountered there Was super nice, informative & professional. I never imagined an auto accident repair could go as smooth and turn out as well as this did!
Had recall repair. Just dropped car off (at appointment time) and later in the day got a call the car was finished. Very easy.
I buy a brand new car there and these people dont even have the decency to return my call or answer the phone when I continue to call back. The tires on my car keep going flat one right after the other for no apparent reason and this dealership and service department is the most unreliable one I have ever dealt with, they just leave you hanging when you need them the most. Where is the supposed great customer service because it is no where to be found. I have better luck with Walmart than I do here. Absolutely disgusted with this place! This dealership doesnt even deserve a 1 star. Thank goodness for Firestone because atleast they hold up to their standards, without them I would be carless.
One of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership. The car service people were very friendly and helpful. I took my car in for an airbag replacement (recall) and several issues were discovered during a routine check. I appreciated the way they were explained to me without the usual fix it pressure I have experienced at other dealerships.
Horrible I had A recall sent the car back in November they broke one of the recall bolts and even cut my ebrake cables they tried cover it by sending it to another dealership but that dealership took pictures and noted everything down when the car arrived and Faulkner service manger a clown
I would never buy a subaru, my girlfriends 2015 legacy is using engine oil (started at 60k, now has 72k) but according to them its not using enough for them to replace the engine because thats what it needs and IS THE PROBLEM!!! She cannot even make it through an oil change interval without having to add oil, usually 1 quart to 1 1/2 is needed. According to them subarus are supposed to use oil, just like back in the 1940s -50s when all the cars did and everyone had to check their fluids when they got gas. I wonder if other car manufacturers make their owners go through this process because their engines burn oil as well?? Anyone looking for a new car, buyer beware of the Subaru problem !!!

I cant say enough great things about this dealership! I did quite a bit of research and had been to a few other dealerships before and did not have a great experience. Finally I found a certified preowned that I liked at Faulkner. I was expecting to have to fight for the price I wanted and them to show me other, newer cars. When I got there I was greeted by Nev and he made the process painless and simple. As he said, the car sells itself, he just gets it in my price. Ben was our finance guy, had a wonderful personality and a great sense of humor. He explained everything to me in ways I could understand, because he wanted me to understand what I was signing off on. It was unbelievable how comfortable I felt through the whole process. I have already referred people I know to them and will use them again in the future. I highly recommend speaking to Nev and Ben.

Service was welcoming, professional and efficient. Spacious waiting area. Comp coffee & water. Vending machines for snacks. Plenty of comfy seating and work spaces w/ outlets. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Dealt only very briefly with Faulkner Collision as Frank was too busy, and my 2009 car with 75,000 miles was too old, and my car should be totaled. Therefore, he didnt even want to look at it for a repair estimate. Let me teach you about customer service that Ive learned, if you dont want to do the work, dont do what you just did. Offer some sort of assistance, maybe even the name and phone number of someone you think can help me. Easy as that. I will not consider Faulkner BMW, Subaru, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick. or Nissan in the future.
