Very professional and masks worn properly... expressed some issues i was having with stronger cigars and the guy working(main st. Beth) had suggested some things that wouldve caused that... also pointed me in the right direction, as i am still what i consider, relatively new to the game. Been there a few times and wont hesitate to go back. Also... Wednesdays are make an offer ...try it out, keep it high and tight while feathering it, and follow proto!

Always a pleasure to shop for good quality cigars. Thankfully now open to public and have a safe feeling with wearing their masks. Very polite and helpful to answer any questions, guiding you to get your best experience. I would definitely recommend any one to go there. Also it being on Main Street in Bethlehem, you can utilize the other eateries and shops along the way.

WORST customer service EVER! Called 4 different times to solve a simple issue but instead Im called a liar and hung up on each time. I was supposed to get a promotional cutter ($30) with my order and I got NOTHING!!

Never had any dealings with them and don’t smoke but was charged $200. Google is full of complaints with the same problem or customers not receiving products they purchased. Complaints pop up before the location does. Enjoy!

Bought a box of Ramon Bueso cigars (61/2 X 50) and got a free Lotus Vertigo table lighter with the deal. The lighter never worked and CI has not responded to multiple attempts to contact them. I could care less about the lighter but its the principle. Deceptive advertising and LOUSY cuttomer service. Guess Ill return to Davidoff.

Good selection. This is a nice small cozy location with two smoking chairs. If you are looking for a larger space to hang out try their location on Nazareth Pike

Ive been ordering from them for over 10 years. Always great deals, but most importantly, great customer service. Whenever Ive had an issue, they take care of it, often going above and beyond to make up for the error. I have never been disappointed and the cigars are always in great condition. Pricing and deals are some of the best.

Ordered some cigars for fathers day gift, delivery company stated they delivered package to home, package wasnt there 90 minutes after its stated drop off time, its 2018 go figure. The Outstanding Customer Service department at CI sent an identical package directly to my fathers home at no additional cost to make up for it.Ive been ordering from them for years and this experience reinforces why I do so. I dont normally review products, much less companies, but this level of customer service deserves major kudos.Thank You Cigars International Happy Fathers Day !

I came all the way from Jersey to go ahead and try to take a vantage of the Wednesday deals. The sales person, by the name of Kevin, had a bad attitude and was terrible when it came to customer service. I will never come back here ever again!

Small but concentration of good cigars. The location is ideal for walking in downtown. That staff can have that holier than thou stuff. I generally dont see it with the larger store on 191. Though I do stop in and will continue to do so.

This Cigars International in downtown Bethlehem is the best. The staff is awesome they are very helpful with questions you may have. I highly recommend this store. They are also very knowledgeable.

The prices are the best on the planet. They have the same great orices online in case you cant visit personally. In my opinion this place is hands down the best place anywhere to buy and learn about cigars. Plus they have every accessory from lighters and cutters to humidors and humidity sources. Ordered a 5 pack NUB single roast. Upon delivery a family member started smoking one, when others noticed MOLD, not plume, and not a small speck of mold, but was all over all 5. No customer service response. Sent multiple emails and have photos...

For all of you that have given CI a negative review all I have to say is CI has always treated me like a valued customer.Just recently I decided to try a box of cigars that was my strength and price.Turns out they were not to my liking. Taste was there but the draw was like really off.After trying five cigars of the twenty five I gave up and called CI.Not only did they pay to have them shipped back they replaced them with my go too cigar at no cost and paid the shipping.That my friend is customer service. Keep up the good work CI and long ashes to you. Bill

Theyre ordering system online is terrible. I ordered cigars to be shipped to my destination wedding spot and they didnt ship it because it was different than my billing address so for security reasons they held the order. I had to call the day before my wedding and they said they tried to call me to confirm but I didnt pick up their 1-800 number so they refused to refund me because they tried.Fast forward 6 months and I was stupid enough to use them again. I ordered, changed to my new address, received a confirmation email of my new address and it was shipped down to my destination wedding address and again they refused to refund me.They screwed me twice and Ill never use them again.

A regular customer for over 10 years with my share of mostly excellent shopping experiences with rare hiccups customer service has always taken care of. Where CI clearly could improve is wait times whether calling or emailing -- huge business opportunity!

WONDERFULLY HORRIBLE, Ive order cigars and no shipping and no response for a week except that the three of the same copy-pasted documents. Finally they auto-cancel my order and unwanted refund without any notification. Also the customer service is wonderful too, you have to wait least 30 min for calls, and ah whatever there are tons of craps on CI. Im never gonna use this store anymore and be aware of using this store. NEVER USE GUYS

Placed an order on Feb 28, 2017 at 2:25 pm, all three items in stock. Today is March 4, 2017 my order has not shipped.CI shipping policy is: In before 3:00 ET Mon-Fri ships same day if items are in stock I have sent 2 emails for an answer no reply. This morning (Sat 3/4/17) I called and have been on hold for 51 minutes just hung up.I was not able to give 1/2 star rating so i had to give one.On the recording while on hold they tell you they are doing Maintenance and upgrades over the weekend but when you go on the site there is no maintenance going on.I have place several orders with CI in the past but as of today I will never place another order with them and I will encourage my friends to do the same.Mikes - Holts - JRs will be getting my business
