Went there to buy a gift and the one Asian woman was following me trying to make me buy so much other stuff that I didnt want. Super pushy I will never go there again.

I was visiting the casino a few weeks ago and decided to look around the mall area and I am happy I did! I had a great experience at this location! I was just window shopping and wound up purchasing a purse and other accessories to go with it and was very pleased with the products AND service! Everyone is so friendly and attentive and its not something you see every day in other retail stores which is why I felt like I needed to write this review. Its really refreshing to feel like people actually care about you as a customer and I would recommend this store to anyone looking for exceptional customer service.. And to buy a beautiful purse as well :)

Beautiful store! The entire Staff was so friendly, I am so happy that I stopped in! I am extremely pleased with the level of customer service provided, and the amazing prices too!

Very pleased with our shopping experience last night! Went into the store intending to make a large purchase - the sales associate and manager were both so helpful, even making calls to other stores to check stock and offering to drive to Quakertown to pick up items for us. Thanks for making our shopping trip so pleasant!

Kinda bummed out and I really don’t like to leave a negative review, but totally left not satisfied by store and management. Completely 100% intended and have the means to make a purchase at this location today and was in the store for a half hour to 40 mins and wasn’t even noticed by staff. Normally yes a defense could be it was busy, yet there were 4 staff members and a manager chilling talking as I purposely walked around the watch display over and over again to get some help.If I wasn’t wearing sweats and a hoodie maybe I’d get a lil assistance but I know it was my fault for not looking the part today.I may try again in the future but wish staff would take the time to attend to EVERYONE no matter who walks in those doors.
