This is the worst Starbucks ever… they name their own hours. The website always says they are open when you get there it’s close for some odd reason. And when it’s open the staff is very rude. This is the closer Starbucks to my house and I always end up going to the one on McArthur ave. I will learn my lesson at some point to stop coming to this Starbucks. I don’t recommend at all.

The people that work at this Starbucks are NOT friendly and very unprofessional. My hot drink was only 1/2 full, really...come on people pay attention...when you pay this much for a drink the cup should be full! And dont roll your eyes when I ask why!

I get the same coffee every morning. when I’m paying over $6 for a coffee, I expect it to be right. I got ridiculous attitude when ordering today after repeating the order 3 times at the drive thru. I finally pull up to the window to pay and get my drink, and before she hands it to me I can see the vsc cold foam is not on top. This makes the drink. I ask her to fix it, she rips the lid off, puts a few drops in leftover in the pitcher, and throws it back at me. I give up, pull away, only to look and see it’s not even my drink! Get it together people, we are all busy at our jobs amd short handed. Tired of excuses!

People here are always nice and friendly. I take lunch breaks here regularly. I get the matcha green tea latte and its always tasty. Place is pretty clean generally. I use the app and its very convenient. Sometimes they get very busy which can slow things down but usually theres no problem.

They always get my orders right. Competitors dont have it together enough to keep up. The staff is always friendly.

I went to this location about a week ago. I was in the drive thru ordered a drink & a cake pop, I got to the window & the barista was so dang nice! I asked her if I could add on another drink to my order & she said you have to go back around, I said not a problem because they were so sweet. Before I pulled off I let the girl in the window know that she had awesome customer service & I was a very very pleased customer with the way I was treated. She said thank you so much see you soon! I went back into the drive thru line got to the window & she said omg it’s you again with such a big smile & said don’t worry this one’s on me! & I was handed my drink for free. She was so sweet! But a little goes a loooong way, I work customer service too & it means a lot to be told you have great customer service. I will definitely be back! Never going to Dunkin again!!

Service is always 10/10, food is great, the drinks are delicious. Even when I stopped by today, there was a sweet message on my panini bag which stated have a happy day :). Also, idk if they still work there but Ethan S. is one of the best employees there, hes very professional and kind. The only complaint I have though is that everything this overpriced, but they do give out free water (any size cup), so its always nice to stop by for an occasional treat.

Hours posted are not accurate. Just tried to purchase coffee and the shop was closed.

Not a huge fan of flavored coffee drinks but my daughter took me this morning and got me a Iced White Chocolate Mocha with sweet cream foam, my GOD its amazing......

Ann or Amanda didnt hear 2 coffees, she heard 1. She snobbishly snatched my cash from me and did a little head turn pwith an accusatory eye-roll, as in blaming me for her error. I may not remember your name, but your heart shaped eye-glass lenses I do remember.

Fast and friendly staff for the most part when you’re a regular customer. Place is always clean and tidy on everyone of my visits prior the COVID-19 pandemic. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is chill. Definitely missed getting my teas while they were closed. Though the wait is a little longer now, it’s understandable and I appreciate what the company is doing to keep us protons safe. Thank you management and crew!! As an essential worker it is appreciated what y’all are doing.

Line is always extremely long, staff isnt very friendly or helpful and things take a really long time. I generally try to avoid this particular Starbucks.

It gets really busy during peak times but they never fail to deliver in making my frappes perfect!

Very great customer service. Barista apologized when my drink took a little while even though he finished five minutes earlier than the approximate time on the app.

Awesome Starbucks! They were super fast! The staff was cheerful and singing. I was so excited they were open again. The barista was raving about what a great company they are to work for and I agree! Must be an awesome store.

This is a nice Starbucks location. The staff is very friendly. The drive thru line can get busy depending on the time of day, but they do keep things moving.

Went there the other day and one of their baristas, Becca I think was her name (couldve been Bella or something but I think it was Becca), she was incredibly sweet and nice. Went above and beyond to make sure my drink was exactly what I wanted. Give her lots of tips!

The Place is dirty, floors are filthy. During covid you would like to see the employees wearing gloves...nobody does and fingers are in the cups...

I come here 1x a week. Love the staff. Just wish the drive thru somehow would have an express line for orders that have been placed through the app, other than that. Love coming here.

The service at this Starbucks was great! I’m from out of state and when I enter red the staff was super friendly and they spoke to me as if I was a regular. All customer service should be this way. I would have gladly replace the workers in my area for this crew! Thanks ladies hope you’re still around when we visit again.

The app is easier to know what is what, then there menu on the board it is complicated that is why I am giving it a 4 star. If they organized the menu for people to make it to read easier. It will turn to a 5 star.

Price manipulation: Product name has Grande in it, charge you for large, but serve it in a small 8oz cup.

Nice Starbucks, always clean and relatively calm. I really like the staff here and they are especially kind and efficient at the drive through.

Typical starbucks location. Has a drive through & is always swamped with orders. Staff is friendly most of the time (had only one bad experience, but was compensated for the issues). Located in a strip mall next to a sheetz.

This is by far the slowest and most inaccurate Starbucks I’ve ever frequented. Always make sure they gave you the right milk before pulling away. I have put through mobile orders to this location only to get there and see a sign on the door saying the cafe is closed and everyone has to use the drive through.

Our favorite Starbucks! They RARELY get ur drink wrong and always make it right if they do or even if they couldve done better. Never had them be out of non-dairy milk alternatives. People are friendly and line moves quickly (inside AND at the drive thru). What more could you ask?!

Always super busy every time I come here. Drive through is quick but wait times inside are less than desirable.

Not the best. Staff very nice but odd atmosphere. I had lemon pound cake and watched as they dumped from plastic bag into paper bag. Coffee ok but no stars with so many Starbucks around Ill travel next time to another.

They dont really get the whole order on the app thing. Im always waiting for my order and you have to wait for them to even make eye contact for you to get it. Why cant they just place your name on it and put it on the counter like every other place. Oh and hey, try calling our names out when its ready, maybe were there, WAITING! FML

Says they open at 5:30 but do not go at this time. I pulled in a few minutes after “open” and the lady inside was sweeping... made eye contact with me from the drive thru but did not attempt to help me order.. drove back around the building and still nothing. I needed to be to work for 6am so I didn’t stick around to try more. Not a friendly establishment, luckily there’s a friendly Dunkin down the road! America runs on it! Girl working had brown short hair.. would work Wed morning 5:30 am shift ob 5/26/19

Decent coffee, but lately Starbucks is allowing the loitering public (who are not eating or drinking) to use the facilities, drain the wifi, and take up space. So if I spend $15 on a latte and food, I have no place to sit because people off the street camp out there...

Love this Starbucks! Sometimes hard to get in and out off of busy Schoenersville Rd, but great workers, awesome coffee or tea, and my favorite, frappuccinos!

Everything tasted good but they ran out of the sandwich I wanted and told me after it was rung up. Someone needs to plan better so they have everything.

Havent hit a Starbucks we didnt like. $2 and some change for a real cup of coffee, friendly service, and relaxing atmosphere.

Sat here for a couple hours and caught up with an old friend. Great service and friendly atmosphere. First time I was actually inside. I usually have my dogs in tow and use the drive thru. My dogs love their puppaccinos as well and give them 5 paws.

Always clean and well organized. Service is always fast and everyone is very nice.

This Starbucks is a gem. It seems more spacious and cozy than another nearby Starbucks in Allentown. The true win is the staff - always pleasant and I find that they go the extra mile in being friendly. Most recent visit was afternoon on 6/4/15.

17 min to get one latte today and was steady not real busy and have gotten better service on toll road with 4 times the people ordering coffee

Worst way to start my morning is have my order botched. I gave clear instructions: grande vanilla bean frappucino with cinnamon powder mixed in and sprinkled atop the whipped cream. What i appeared to receive was milk, very few ice crystals with a runny mess of whipped Creme and a clump of cinnamon. Quite certain based on its liquid/runny composition that I was given something that had already been made and they simply dumped cinnamon over top.

Never been inside this particular Starbucks but frequent its drive thru. Theyre usually very quick, and the person working the window is always quite pleasant. Its Starbucks. Whats not to like?

I dont really go to starbucks but sometimes l like getting a venti water with ice... Lol
