Outrageous prices! Can’t believe idiots would pay for this stuff much better deals with online Instagram sellers, Poshmark etc. who sells stinky old designer shoes for 200 plus? The resale value of designer shoes is not high if not in new condition and rare.

I will start this review with my personal experience trying to sell bags here; I was trying to price out items, one of which was a runway Burberry piece, made in Italy. I was told this piece was on sale at the Burberry outlet and being who I am, I went to look at the Burberry outlet to verify this and lo! and behold - the bag was not at the outlet store nor on the outlet site online. I was confused at first when I was told the bag was in the outlet because this piece is from several years ago (3 years ago, nearly 4 now, to be exact) … why would a runway piece from several years ago now will be put in a Burberry outlet? The short answer is it wouldn’t and it isn’t. I very much believe in the many reviewers who have claimed that their bags were deemed “inauthentic“ when in fact, they were authentic. I was also offered an incredibly low price on a limited edition Louis Vuitton Totem piece. I have also been in the business of authenticating, buying, and reselling high-end designer bags for nearly 10 years.I have also had experience dealing with this company; I am not terribly sure I would be comfortable buying from this place; I was trying to apply for a position here and I was asked to send in my résumé late Friday evening, just before midnight (the job listing was posted on Friday as well). When I contacted Designer Consigners on Saturday, the positions had all been filled. Not only is this terribly unprofessional but one cannot perform background checks nor reference validity checks in 12 to 18 hours ON A WEEKEND. I would not be comfortable buying bags from someone whose authentication skills had not been verified; furthermore, I would be somewhat hesitant regarding a potential criminal past that had not been investigated. Just an absolute lack of professionalism and to me that speaks to the entire operation; and it says nothing good…. On the positive side, I now know Designer Consigners operates in this manner and so I know I would not want to work for such a company! I certainly will not be shopping for any of my bags at this location.*edit* I went into the store over the weekend just to see what I was (actually wasn’t) missing and it was the worst experience I have ever had at any retailer. There were two employees there and despite saying hello, waving, and walking by both several times, I was treated like I wasn’t even in the store. Furthermore, while I was looking for some of the pieces listed on their Instagram site (I believe I saw a total of 3; the VAST majority was junk, by designers I wouldn’t consider “high-end” - hint: Michael Kors, which is, by the by, the most counterfeited brand on the planet, or in horrible condition), 5 other people (2 couples and another woman) came into the store and no one greeted any of them. As a result, all 6 of us ended up just leaving the store. This is bad business all around, and as I mentioned above, I know what I am talking about. Further, I was wearing about a ~$1,000 outfit and full makeup thinking I could actually get to see some of the pieces - no such luck. Another point is that most of the shoes and clothing were very large sizes (shoes 38 and up and clothes that wouldn’t fit me in my worst nightmare!). You would get a better greeting walking into Walmart (and I HATE Walmart!). I don’t know what the deal is with this operation, but please save your time and energy and avoid this one altogether.I would say that they could have used my help desperately (for instance, putting the Louboutin items NEXT TO the boxes, which are currently stacked sloppily just out of immediate view at the entrance), but given their lack of reception even to several buyers (I was wearing a LV Multicolore bag, at that!!), I think they are beyond any help I could offer.

This place is fantastic if you’re looking for your first Louis Vuitton or the latest in NWT Gucci, Chanel, and more!! They authenticate everything professionally so you can trust what you’re getting. From a Consigner standpoint, they do a 50/50 split which is certainly competitive against other consignment options.

The entire team at Designer Consigner is excellent! They can work with you to find any piece you desire, even hard to find items. On the consignment side, their commission structure is hard to beat! Highly reccomend to anyone looking to buy or sell any designer items!

If you are looking to Buy, Sell, or a combination of both this is truly the best shop around. They have EVERYTHING from Michael Kors to Hermes and the staff is excellent! Designer Consigner rivals even the best New York has to offer!

After years of selling to online consignment shops I found Designer Consigner- I can only wish I found them sooner. Their pricing and commission is extremely fair and their selection if items is amazing Alex, Ashley and the whole team will go out of their way to find any item you will looking for, highly reccomend to anyone in the market to buy or sell!

Wasnt impressed with the selection in the store. Many things that were posted on the page were not in the store. I wasnt greeted when walking inside the store, I had to say hello first. Owner was on her phone and wasnt paying attention to customers. First impressions are everything and should be great in order to have repeat customers. Disappointing experience.

I was looking for a Christmas gift for my mother and came across this beautiful store. Walked in had a wonderful experience. Not only were they helpful and knowledgeable on what a son should get their mother. But I ended up getting my mother a bag and a watch that I know she will be able to have forever. Amazing store ! Perfect displays !!! Beautiful pieces ! Staff is super nice and helpful with both selling and buying !!! Very well educated on all brands ! Not sure who the people are saying they are not, the woman travels to Italy and all over ! She knows the business of consignment and all designers !!!Go to this store ! Unfortunately I have nothing but bad things to say about to say about this place. This after noon I visited the very scenic location on Main St, Bethlehem Pa to Sell some Designer Bags ( Louis Vuitton & Gucci). The store itself has great selection and inventory but customer service is always one of the most important things in business. The Uneducated Plus Sized associate examined the purses for about 2 min each and immediately claimed them to be “High End Replicas”. The purses have all the items And original boxes to prove it’s authenticity as well as the condition and material of the bags are 100% AUTHENTIC items. Before anyone else decides to locally sell one of your Designer Items Do Not waste your time here and try online or to a friend. Any place that cannot complete a thorough examination to prove authenticity as well carry out proper customer service, wish yous the best of luck! (:

Amazing store! Very upscaled but yet very welcome in friendly! If you are a person that loves luxurys at a great price, you should definitely go here! EVERYTHING IS 10000000% AUTHENTIC AND REAL! Other stores in the valley have designer bags too, but this difference is designer consigner if fully invested in luxurys and quality and RARE FINDS .. VINTAGE FINDS! Hermes, Prada, Fendi, YSL, Tiffany and co and even brands like Mary Kate and Ashleys Elizabeth and James ! I seriously have a Stella McCartney addiction and she has some AWESOME items a lot of the times! BTW my Carrie Bradshaw girls this place has SHOES ! So yall take some time out and go shop and see for yourself!!

This shop is perfect for those who have expensive taste on a limited budget. They have many high end designer brand items such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Kate Spade, etc. Items are priced fairly. If you’re interested in selling, they accept designer brand merchandise and will give you 50% of the profit if it sells within 90 days- I finally have an excuse to clean out my closet!

Such a wonderful boutique. The staff are always courteous and friendly and the selection of items and prices are amazing.

I’ve consigned here in the past without issue and without an appointment however today was different. This evening I brought in 4 formal dresses for consignment at 7:15 and was told by the woman watching over the shop that she could not take any items after 5 pm. She seemed to be working alone and the shop was empty so it’s not as though she had her hands full with customers. She said these instructions about accepting items came from her boss, but I did not see any signs indicating this policy, nor is this policy listed on their website. I asked if I could leave the items and pick up anything they weren’t interested in at a later date and she would not allow this. I found this odd as well because I have seen other consigners do this in the past. I made a trip to Bethlehem specifically to drop off these items after work—in the rain nonetheless—and would not have done so if these policies were clearly outlined. Inconsistent customer service means I will not be consigning here in the future.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. I took my LOUIS Vuitton, in original box and my Gucci with original box and both protectant bags to this place. The girl immediately accused my bags of being FAKE. Asked me for my receipts, they were both gifts so I didnt have them obviously. The girl is clearly UNEDUCATED! How are you going to own a store and can’t tell a fake bag from a real one? Save your money and time! Sell online because clearly this bimbo doesn’t know what she’s talking about! LOL
