Dreamstone installed our granite one week ago. They did a beautiful job. Very professional!! We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend their service ❤️

Countertop was installed slanted. I have been asking for months for them to level it, but as of yet they havent done it.

Terrible experience. From the start there were issues and problems, prices kept changing, the cabinets we ordered Had to switched out with other cabinets, quartz was cut with rounded corners without asking and had to be recut and is now short, cabinet installers are sloppy and unprofessional, there are chips and cracks on all of the cabinets, one was replaced it was so badly damaged, I was promised another replacement, but they just wood puttied the chips. Installer cut my window trim instead of cutting their incorrect size piece of quartz. Weeks behind schedule were done with them and nothing is right, we are very unhappy with everything. Pick someone else for your quartz and kitchen. Too many problems with these guys.

We checked out 4 different granite places and I can’t get over how wonderful these guys are. You can tell how much they care about their product because they keep all slabs inside, out of the elements. They have an insane collection, it was so much fun walking through the warehouse. Leo followed us around making notes of everything we were interested in, and answered all of our questions. Moab gave us a run down on prices. When we were ready, we went up, picked out our slab, called Moab Monday, and he sent his brother our the very next day to take measurements. His brother pointed out how good a granite window sill would look above the sink, which we hadn’t even considered, and he said he would cut it for us and give it to us for free, and if we didn’t like it, we didn’t have to use it. This was Tuesday morning. By lunchtime Thursday, the guys had come out and had the countertop installed. 4 days! Truly incredible. We decided to put in the granite windowsill, and it looks amazing. We are so grateful, everyone was so kind and down to earth, they exceeded all of our expectations. I strongly suggest checking these guys out! (Our kitchen is still a work in progress but I posted the pictures anyway)

Absolutely excellent experience. I started in the Coopersburg store for a new granite top for my bathroom. Ended up finding some beautiful quartzite and was sent to Bethlehem office to pick my piece. They have a great selection making it hard to choose the one you want, especially with the excellent prices. They are very friendly and willing to work with you. Other places were confused by my request for an undermount tub, or quoted a super high price. Dreamstone had no problem doing this service.They showed up to my house on time and the man measuring was very professional. He made a template and took a lot of measurements. The actual install was only about 2 weeks later. Again, they were on time and very professional. I was very impressed with the 2 man crew carrying the heavy piece upstairs and making it fit. The final result is beautiful and we are very pleased with the outcome.I would definitely use them again for any granite needs!

The staff has always been professional and sincerely help you find the right product / selection for your new or renovation project. Had a great experience at Dreamstone. Was just about to start my kitchen before the shutdown and had looked at another larger granite place first.The larger place was just a slight bit cheaper per square foot but you had to buy a certain amount that I didnt need. They also said it would take about 4 weeks from the time I ordered, to having it measured and installed.Dreamstone was much friendlier, more customized and I ended up spending less for the same granite, getting exactly what I needed.When everything reopened, I went to the shop and picked out the Steel Grey granite that I kind of knew I was looking for. They also gave me a sample piece to take home and use when I picked out my backsplash.Everyone wore masks; they showed me around to the different colors of granite and explained the different types. I even got to see one of the guys cutting the granite in the shop. I found them very helpful. Once I ordered they were out within 2 days had everything put in quickly and neatly and I love it!I would highly recommend Dreamstone and will definitely use them again for any future granite needs.

These folks are great to deal with. We had them do new quartz counters in our kitchen and new marble sink in a bath. They had a good selection with competitive prices. Delivery and installation were as scheduled and professionally completed.

The whole experience of buying granite countertops from Dreamstone Granite was a very positive one. We worked with Mo, one of the owners and he was very helpful without being overbearing. Once we went through their giant warehouse of granite slabs and we made our selection, Mo came out to the house and took all the measurements he needed. We gave him our new undermount sink and 4 days later his crew showed up to the do the install. It was obvious his crew knew what they were doing and the quality of their workmanship was top notch. All of this was done for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I have done several projects with the people from Dreamstone, and I have nothing but great service and beautiful work at a reasonable price. They have an amazing inventory of materials and are more than willing to do whatever they can to make sure you are getting exactly what you want.

Had an agreement with this company the month prior, that this countertop needed to be installed before aug 1. After being told by the sales rep that that date was written all over the order and it would not be a problem, I was surprised by no phone call the day before or the morning of. After repeated attempts to contact them, I was finally put in touch with someone by midmorning, to be told I was not on the schedule and they would not be doing the countertops. I was given the phone number of one of the owners and was told that it was not going to happen that day but could happen the next. When I told him that no one was available to be at the site the next day, and he was going to have to do it that day, he went crazy on the phone. They refuse as of this point to give me my 600.00 deposit back. I found another company that day that would do the countertops by the end of the following week. Very unprofessional, the sales rep in the store is the only one that apologized, everyone else acted like it was somehow my fault.
