Thank you Glass Doctor, and thank you Stephen, for making my window repair job a smooth process from estimate to window replacement. The servicemen who showed up at my house were courteous, professional, and above all, knew what they were doing. Anyone who thinks differently must have called the wrong Glass Doctor! Glass Doctor of Bethlehem, and Stephen, are the best! (Not a paid announcement! My honest opinion!).

I was just here today with my Honda Civic. Stephen was extremely kind, patient, and most importantly, knowledgeable in diagnosing the issue with my windshield. More importantly, he was honest in explaining that the issue was cosmetic and did not pose a safety hazard or need to be repaired. I will certainly be coming back for my auto glass needs in the future.

Steve was wonderful as he helped get an estimate for my windshield several months ago. I decided not to get it replaced at that time. Im glad I did because I was stuck by a large rock driving on the turnpike and it left a large crack that got even bigger throughout the day. Steve scheduled a tech to come to my house and replace the windshield right away. I am now back on the road thanks to Steve at Glass Doctor!

Even after a complication where they needed to get a glass shipped from somewhere else, they still finished it perfectly on time. They hit every mark business wise. Glass doctor of Lehigh Valley is excellent! Steve called me back within minutes to make an appointment for the next day to fix our front door glass. Looked into getting window replaced, provide credit card and was told they had ordered the part in January. It has been almost two months, despite multiple phone calls have not heard anything. The phone line goes straight to voicemail. Awful experience

Had them come out to look at a crack in a basement window. They did a lot of complaining about the fact that it was an Anderson window and how difficult it would be to repair, said they would call with an estimate. Needless to say they never had the courtesy to call with an answer either way. Would never recommend, no backbone to admit they didn’t want to do the job, just left me hanging. In the words of Donald Trump, “very bad”!
