It is amazingly shocking that the owner called saying no service anymore after this:1, The technician came to my building yesterday and I briefed him what is happening that we removed the thermostat due to construction and need to re-install a thermostat. There are 3 options I can do: wireless thermal stats, themostats with thermal sensors, or just mechanical thermostats. The boiler was not running before he left as there is no thermostat. He says tomorrow I will get a call for a quote and then come back after I make a decision.2, The 2nd day morning, the lady in the office tell me that the sale managers are working on the quotes and will give me a call.1hr later, the owner just called saying last year I only spent $95 with them. Last year I was given a quote > $2500 to upgrade the thermostat systems, but I decided not to proceed due to the cost. Then this year, the owner simply said it would cost $3000 to do the job without even mentioning which option for me. When I asked which option did we go for $3000, he simply said oh too many problems and no service anymore and asked me to call other HVAC companies.This is the first time I have ever seen services like this. The conclusion for me is that if the customer does not spend the correct money, they only pursue where they can make the most money, especially after the COVID with labor shortage in the country. We just contracted with Air Professionals to install air conditioning in our lower level, like literally just sent the contract and deposit, and our upper level air conditioning stopped working. Murphys Law! I called at 4:30 and they sent someone right out, and within an hour, we were back to chillin. Were very impressed with this company! Service manager was very friendly and knowledgeable and diagnosed and fixed the issue right away.

Brad and his team were terrific. They installed the furnace had to redo the vents and left the house like they were never there. Great value.. I always recommend Air Professionals to family and clients. Frank you have a great operation.

These guys were subcontracted by our builder and did an excellent job. We had a minor issue with a propane inspection and they sent someone right out and rectified the situation. The tech was excellent and communicated to us then followed through. highly recommended.

I had a complete HVAC system replacement with an upgrade to a heat pump done today. From the first interactions with Frank to the team that installed, everyone was super nice, professional and I can’t give them a high enough rating. The rates were really great too. I’m in shock that they were able to complete in 1 day. They had a large team at my house by 730. Highly recommend!!
