I love this place been with them for 3 years and never had any problem. The lady there is a very nice person and accommodates you I remember I waited and was out of oil and she said no problem we will try our best to squeeze you in for tomorrow because they were busy and they did . There prices are the best and the extra bonus I always take advantage of it great service guys .

I was at first concerned based on the low google rating but let me tell you these folks are great. Maria in the office was so nice and she called me to let me know the time the guy would be here to get the furnace started and deliver. Guess what, he was here exactly when she said. He was also very nice and quick. I have no issues with this company and will continue to use them. Also best price I got. Thank you to the entire team.

I am shocked to read other reviews, I have used Price Rite Oil for years, customer service is great .Always friendly and accommodating. Delivery is always on time. I would recommend Price Rite Oil, their prices are a Bonus.

Theyre great with fast delivery, but thats about all they have going for them - thats their 1 star. Any issues? Forget it. Worst customer service ever. Wont be using again.

I wish I could rate lower than 1 star!!! I paid for oil on a Tuesday 10/11 and was told that the delivery would be Friday 10/14. Friday came and the driver said that the gate was locked, which it wasnt had he tried to even open it. The driver called, but I was at a meeting hence the gate being unlocked. I called the driver back to no avail. I called the company and Christina informed me that once the driver leaves cannot come back; and that the delivery would be Monday 10/17. I requested my money back (which she could not do that day, not sure why. I asked to speak to Jack, the apparent owner, it is now Monday 11/17 end of the work day and nothing from Jack. A full refund of my money was issued today 10/17. I will NOT recommend this company to my family or friends. Very irresponsible owner who doesnt care about his customers. I will be filing a report to the BBB.

Should be a big fat ZERO Rating! I ordered fuel on Tuesday, they said they would deliver it on Friday between 7am and 7pm. They never showed up or called. I called again on Monday and they said they would be here to deliver that same day, they never showed up again and never called. I tried to call to see if they were coming or not and they turned the phones off. Lousy customer service and no pride in their company. Save yourself time and aggrivation, call someone else. We had no heat for days.......I finally got through to the office this afternoon and they said the driver was here on Friday but I answered the door and said I had no money for the fuel, so he left and closed the ticket. I informed her the driver was never here, I have security video to prove it, the money is still on my table and he is either lying or was at the wrong house. Very incompetent, all the way around. She said she could not open the ticket because it was closed. If they would have, the price would be higher which is price gauging and illegal. I requested the owner call me, lets see what happens, I will probably never get a call. I will be filing complains on this company.

We ordered and paid for oil on Tuesday, February, 11, the company said we couldnt get it to you until friday. Its now Friday and we did not get any oil, so i called the company and a girl answered and tells me, maybe they will come, maybe he wont. You might get it Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. She has no clue. I asked if she can call the driver and she tells me that she has no way to contact the driver. I find that hard to believe being a truck driver myself you have qualcome cell phones and two way radios. Dont take my money if you cant deliver anything. Thats bad business, I could of used someone else, but I put out $400 its not like I have all this money to use on more oil somewhere else. How do you have no clue whats going on with your business. I even talked to the owner on Wednesday, he told me it would be here on Friday. Once you know its not going to be there, give me a call to tell me if its going to be delayed. The snow stopped at 3am while all the main roads are black top. I wouldnt use this company again. They are not reliable. I know all the oil companies are on a strain, but it should not take a week because there is not an oil shortage.

This place has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. The girl on the phone askes a question the just cuts you off. She rushes you off the phone and just has a bad attitude over all. Horrible experience.
