They are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Let me take a moment to tell you what a jewel Sharon is! She was wonderful with our small grandchildren, who were very curious to see the paint mix. She let them watch the colors drop into the cans and let them help her scan our order. She is probably worth more than she earns and you should do everything to keep her happy in her job. We are small business owners as well, and know how important a terrific employee with a positive attitude is to our overall success. You are blessed to have her represent you and Sherwin- Williams!

Trerrible!SW advertizes zinc chromate paint by Dupli Color,but none of their stores have it or offer to order it.The employees seem to not even know of its existence.Of course I can get it from China!Whose tending the store?
