I am a Builder and have been using these cabinets for a long time. The product design is pretty good, but i sometimes question the durability as I have had some problems with roll out drawers in cabinets. My salesman is very slow in getting quotes back and is hard to get a phone call returned. When i speak with a woman (lets call her Ann) in the office i feel like i am bothering her. I have continued to use them because the price/value seems to be good, the comfort factor and once the order is placed there normally arent any problems. There are a lot of cabinet companies out there, they are slowing down my jobs and i would not recommend using them.
