My wife and daughter love these stores. That means I get left home alone with the dog and the TV for long periods of time. Only 4 stars because I have to pay for the stuff they buy.

My husband and I went once because we’d never been there. I liked some of the shops, made me feel like we were doing big city living in our small valley. Unfortunately it came with big city price tags on most items, but that’s to be expected, I suppose. Still, it was a fun outing that I’d like to repeat one day.Next time I want to go into the arcade… They have this amazingly HUGE version of Space Invaders that I seriously HAVE to play! See? The arcade is so nice, they even appeal to the old Atari 2600 generation like me! 😊

The mall is not going to last. The most uninviting place….. due to the fact there are no seats, chairs, benches or tables. Normally you go to the mall with someone else and when they go into a store your not interested in … you can seat down and take a rest or look at your phone… not here … standing only … and standing on hard cement floors. My daughter was trying on clothes in the dressing room … no seats to sit on to wait for her. Only standing. Went out side to take a break from the mall and there are no benches in front either … smokers where sitting on the floor… older people where sitting on steps … Really weird !! I went to a store that’s sold coffee and cookies …. No tables to drink coffee and eat cookies … you have to walk or stand … casinos draw in elderly and I can not imagine them able to shop their. The weirdest ever

Most of the stores cater to female shoppers but I always go to the Under Armour store, and can usually find a good sale there.

Me and my friend went to the outlet food court to eat and the food was good.Also the place looks very clean.

My husband and I walked the outlets around 5pm. The sun coming through the ceiling was blinding in spots and I could barely see in front of me half the time. They really need to tint the skylights. The only stores of interest to me was a country decor store, a jerky store, Famous Footwear, and a bakery. A woman got the bottom of her long dress stuck in the escalator and someone hit the emergency stop button so she could get it out. Security didnt come. That was disappointing.Also, I had very little data capability on my cell here AND the guest wifi wasnt strong enough.

Love the shops and the different types of merchandise to buy. I was Very disappointed about the limited hours of operation. 10-8? You would think at a 24/7 casino they would have shopping open a longer time throughout the day.

Dont be fooled! The prices at Outlets are not any better than that of a department store. The only difference is that perhaps youll find a store here that you may otherwise not be able to locate, like Corningware or the beef jerky store. So, after your big win at the casino, take a stroll by the shops. Im sure youll find something.

Love to go at this place.. there is a total different vibe up there. Great place for shopping. Great place for gambling( if u play) or even just for fun with couple of dollars with a matter whether u win or loose. Live music on weekends. Many good choice of drinks and cocktails and happy hours too.

They close at 7 pm which is early for me being a New Yorker used to malls closing at 9pm. However there are some good stores here.

It has a lot of nice shops in this outlet. A lot of shops keep changing which is nice. And usually there are really nice name brands at good prices. Not to mention it connects to the casino. So you can shop and gamble. It also has a decent food court and a kid area for you to drop off your children. I like this place. Nothing really bad to say about it

I didnt like it when it was the Sand but wind Creek have the best hostess and her name is Shanna. So if you ever need a Hostess try to get Shanna. She will make you feel like a V.I.P.

Completely unacceptable / waste of time and planning.I called ahead and spoke to the staff and made reservations for two adults and one 18 year old. I confirmed that there was a secondary entrance to Emerils Chop house, and that my 18 year old would be able to enter. So it was all confirmed - I was willing to wait the three hours to eat. Park 1/2 mile away, spent some time looking for this second entrance - finally went to security and explained the situation. I understand security was doing their job by telling me hes not allowed on the casino floor, and that they were not escorting anyone due to the virus.I didnt let it escalate, I simply called the number I spoke to earlier and spoke with the management. THE MANAGEMENT could not have cared less about the conversation I had earlier when I made the reservation. They were unwilling to do anything. Not so much as a sorry for the miscommunication. I was willing to spend a couple hundred on dinner easily because it was Emerils and Ive never been to one. So the casino loses money, and the chop house loses customers.What a shame. Ill never go back -

Order food from Nathans today at 4:27 and ate it on way home the frys order were 80 percent frozen wish I was closer to complain but was on I 78 already. Horrible frys hot dog was ok but for 9.44 frys should have been cooked.

Family and I go to Winds Creek as much as we can, hopefully coming back home with a second paycheck,staff is helpful, work tirelessly to help the customers.I wish are Winds Creek staff Peace of mind.

Its a thrilling place to shop for designer brands and incredible food and desserts! There are a few particular shops that have a magical allure to their design that draws the patron in to enjoy the final products of the workers labor. The staff is also very professional and the whole interior is especially clean, pristine, and aromatically inviting!

Wish there were more stores.And better ones..they should have some seating...

What outlets? Seriously theres hardly anything left. Please do not go out of your way thinking youre going to do some fine outlet shopping at this place. Only go if youre planning on going to the casino.

Clean, staff throughout casino was great and very efficient. Parking garage very convenient, safety in the mall was apparent. First time there and very surprised how quiet it was, many stores but still a lot closed.

First time being at the casino in years way before covid-19 but loved the atmosphere due to the aftermath of covid-19. I was a little disappointed that they were not serving any alcohol beverages. But my boyfriend did win us some money. Ill go again.

No great stores here. Van Huesen is on the way out. The remaining stores are too pricey. Guess they are looking to appeal to the hotel guests.

Small and pretty clean. Thats if youre staying at the hotel and visiting the casino its convenient if you need anything from those stores in the outlet.

Sadly the outlets are not what they used to be. So many stores are in process of closing or have closed. Very limited selection of remaining stores. Lines were also long in the food court area. Not sure what will be left next time I go
