Waited 4 weeks only to have a call from the rep saying i will owe a rentalfee of $90.00 per month for up to 10 months, along with a $595.00 order fee to get my new cpap and supplies. When i told her that was ridiculous, she said i was afraid to even call you after i saw the amount we are charging you. This company wasted my time, i needed a machine asap. I have one on the recall list. Went to cpapusa.compaid only $850.00 for the machine and supplies, no rental fee. What a joke.

Great customer service! Betsy helped me, & was so nice! Making sure I was able to get a nebulizer I absolutely needed right away for my daughter, my work schedule wouldnt allow me to be there before they closed and she literally was trying to move mountains so that I can get it that same day!Thank You So Much Betsy! You have no idea how much you helping me & my daughter really means!
Apria sucks....pure and simple. The local number defaults to the Phillipines! Ignorant filipinos which, after 35 minutes, transfer to an equally ignorant rep in the US! On hold as I type this.....now 50 minutes after the start. Havent even asked anything yet! Try to find some other supplier. Apria really sucks.
There are multiple webpages, this one ihas too few reviews, so Im putting this here too.I wish I could give them ZERO stars!!!! I wish everyone luck in dealing with them. We both have CPAP machines, but different suppliers. My husband was suggesting I switch to his, but after this, is not so happy.With autoship, you MUST have a credit card on file with them. They ASSUME how much insurance will pay and how much you owe, then BILL your card BEFORE shipping!!!! Right now, we have met our out of pocket max and have to pay nothing! I noticed the bill on our credit card, and checked insurance. The insurance wasnt billed at all.So, we called customer service. They said it was billing. Called billing, they said it was customer service! Called customer service again. and tried to get a supervisor, could not. The rep kept repeating what the process is, but had no way to resolve the issue. Asked for a number to corporate, THEY DONT HAVE ONE!!!!! Kept giving the same customer service/billing number.Called the same customer serrvice, trying to get a supervisor, while on hold, the person did check back with me, but then I WAS HUNG UP ON!!!!!!I have been a customer service rep for over 25 years, and find this to be HORRENDOUS!!! As this seems to be the only forum to be heard, I am posting here. I doubt I will get any satisfaction at
Worst customer service. On three different occasions tried to get c pap supplies and was given the run around. Wont deal with them again
