Attendant has terrible customer service skill this night. Didnt even bother asking his name and just left. will never come back to support this location

We went to this station because it was full service.told attendant twice we wanted regular. We noticed when we asked to pay it was more . So we asked the attendant did you press ultimate but we asked for regular. He said that something is wrong with machine. We asked for receipt to see what we where charged for the so called manager said you have to pay before you get receipt. The attendant kept telling us stories that machine is broken.manager came back and said machine isn’t broken the strand ent made a mistake. We said if he said that from the beginning we would have been ok with it.so beware of this station they are scamming their customers to make more money.

Purchased $200 in diesel and pumped my own and no bathroom use ! waste of a stop last time I give them business

I only had $5.00 cash, I have paid $5.00 and more on a regular there. It is the only full service option station in the neighborhood. As a mom that is super convenient. MY BUSINESS WAS DENIED BC I ONLY HAD 5.00 CASH. The pumps were all full. Having a minimum on cash is absurd. My children were in the car.. I do not go to self service stations bc of my kids being with me. I will not be going back. And I posted on all the neighborhood moms pages. Hope business sucks

I explicitly asked the attendant to fill up on 93! You literally have one job! He put 87 in my engine. Ive never put 87 in my car before, ever! Whats worse is the manager had the audacity to say maybe Im not paying attention but is this not full service? Not even an apology! HORRIBLE service all around. Go to any other BP but this one! The full service is not worth it. They could care less about their customers!

Be careful using full serve here. I explicitly told the guy I wanted regular gas. He gave me “super” gas at 56 cents more a gallon. When I called him out on it he said he must have “bumped” the wrong button. Seems like they may do this often to get some extra money. When I said I wanted to be refunded the difference he said it was ok because super gas is better.

Awesome people, everyone is always smiling and willing to help. Gas prices are always competitive and they have full and self service. I have always enjoyed coming here. Very safe with COVID-19 practices, they even gave me hand sanitizer bottle when I ran out.

LOVE that they pump at no additional cost. The new owners are open and genuine people. A family consisting of the father, wife and son. Service is always quick. They are very pleasant and greatful for your business. The convenience store has a wide variety of snacks, drinks.. Coffee always fresh!! Definitely recommend this BP!!
