Owner friendly and knowledgeable. Made a house call as the light bulb broke in the ceiling fixture. He removed the broken bulb, suggested the fixture be rewired. A reasonable price and the fixture was back in place within 24 hours. Now we can look for a new fixture and have no pressure to choose.
