This trip was my first to W nail salon. My sister, her daughter (age 5) and myself. First Pedi for little one. The ladies were amazing!! We will be returning!!

This Hy-Vee is the one I want to make my home store. They have friendly employees, more opportunities, and a bigger store. They have a nail salon and a Starbucks located within the store, so anyone can be spoiled rotten here EASILY. I love how I can find things with ease and shop here anytime without a problem.

Very clean and squared away establishment. Courteous staff. Food from the kitchen is very good.

Love hyvee! All the new updates, a nail salon! And crazy amount of new products! Even skittles gummies! New energy mountain dew and Bai water!

I was on vacation when I stopped by this grocery store. It reminded me of Ukroups in Va. The fruit was so fresh. Didnt get much cause I was leaving the next day. Just got a few snacks.

I love shopping at Hy Vee because of the quality, the prices, and the friendliness of the staff. I find the store to always be clean and orderly. I especially enjoy earning fuel saver cash.

I was shopping at Devils Glenn this morning treated very poorly at the meet counter actually ignored as it was more important to talk abbot sports than ask if I needed anything when I finally started walking away I was finally asked if I needed help I said no and the employee acted as i was a bother and said “oh well ok”… then at customer service I was also treated poor when asked for money orders … I paid for them and the employee acted rude to me and also took quite a while as it was more important to help someone else and answer the phone than finish helping me . My family and myself have shopped there for years this was by farTHE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The Wine and Spirits department is the best part of this Hy-Vee. It gets 5 stars.The store itself not so much. No gloves on behind the meat counter and big beards uncovered.

I went to 2 hyvees to find Cosmic Crisp apples. Comic apples are much more juicier than red delicious and sweeter. I used to not eat apples but now I do.

I tried to buy grenadine literally sugary flavored water and the wine and spirits register attendant was incredibly rude i tried to understand the situation but he kept cutting me off and being quite condescending i will not be coming back to this place until they learn to hire people with good customer service skills ive never been treated so poorly at any type of establishment

Prices are ridiculously HIGHEven HIGHER in the less income property stores.No excuse GREEDY new HyVee individually owned corporation.Customers in Bettendorf can Hardly Wait for the NEW ALDIS to open in Bettendorf

Very good place to shop has everything I need but they rearrange everything around sometimes so its hard to find things sometimes

Always have loved this Hyvee location but even more after my experience this weekend! I moved away but my family still lives near this location. I ordered my mom some flowers for Mother’s Day online and the window for delivery was 8-4. I wanted them to be delivered before 1030 as she was leaving for the day. They told me they would do their best. Guess what? They were delivered before 1030 and so beautiful! Thank you to the floral department!!!!

Ralene Peters and her team did an AMAZING job catering our wedding. We chose the 3 entrée BBQ buffet and it did not disappoint. Ralene was extremely helpful and made the entire planning process a breeze. Ralene and her team went above and beyond our expectations and made our wedding such a success.

This review is for the floral department. The arrangement I ordered was the saddest looking thing Ive ever seen. Not even remotely close to what the picture looked like. I know its not going to look exactly like the picture, but it should somewhat resemble it. I should have picked out my own flowers and did it myself because thats what I ended up doing. When I got home I took it apart and redid it.

Hy-Vee is Hy-Vee. Its a store. However, their remodel with all the shoes and clothes was rediculous and in my opinion. Not necessary. It made aisles more narrow and the store crowded. Other food items are gone.There are many other things they couldve done. Instead of trying Walmart or Target ideas.Jus sayinNot a fan of the clothing additions.

Safe environment, friendly service/employees. They sell great products. They have shoe store inside the store as well. This is the most professional looking then any other Hy-Vee I ever been in.

Always will be my Hy-vee. I embrace change and trying to make the new layout positive. I see lots of new faces recently and love them all! And I ordered online groceries last week for the first time, for a busy mom, I THANK YOU!

Myself and my wife recently moved to Iowa and we were told that the main store to go to wash HY- Vee well we did but, I must say, I have never seen prices as high as they are, at HY-Vee, coming from Chicago and Indiana there was mostly jewels and, I thought jewels was pretty high with their foods but, HY- Vee makes jewels same like an Aldis as far as prices go so, myself and my wife is desperately trying to find another store that is not as high as high as HY- Vee.

Ive shopped at this location for awhile now and prefer it over the other big stores such as Wal-Mart or Target. Their produce is always better than the other stores too. They did a bit of remodeling, so some things take a bit to figure out where they are, but I still like to shop there.

The pick up service is kinda slow but they are nice staff

I have only been in this Hy-Vee once before and they just remodeled. Could not find a thing. But it looks nice and now includes a DSW and a nail salon

New to the area and stopped by HyVee for something I forgot on my regular grocery shopping trip. I will definitely be back, ran in for one thing and found myself wandering all over the store in amazement at all the wonderful products, and the craft beer selection is excellent! Highly recommended stopping by and checking it out if you have never been.

Wish I could do 0, I shopped 8/19/2021at 7:10 (only $50.58) and realized at the register that I had I lost my cc. ^@^#* I told them I would be right back (dinner was in the cart) went to my truck didnt find it so i ran home (4 mins away) to get cash by the time I got back 19 (15 is policy to put away) mins later I sat in line at the customer service desk for almost 10 mins then she said she didnt have it and she thought someone was putting it away and no one had time to pick it.... I gave them another chance from my truck and I called the manager, he said the same thing except he was watching the person put away my stuff and said he was already over half way done putting it away and I would have to start over. Iwill never shopping here again...

Produce goes rotten between the store and the house, store brand bread is better used for insulation and not food...and the prices are ridiculously high. Only reason they are in business is a lack of quality competition in town.

Had an issue with the fuel saver coupon, and customer service was very helpful and resolved it quickly. Nice employees, well stocked and pretty decent value. Currently undergoing major construction, so thats kind of off-putting, but overall great.

If this is to the Bettendorf HyVee, I get a surprise that wasnt wonderful. It is now longer a HyVee but more like a WalMart. I went to what used to be a grocery store and now you cant find anything.I dont shop at WalMart very often and I dont buy groceries from WalMart because of the way they strong arm businesses to get great prices so Sam Waltons children can buy bigger houses.Good luck but I will go to HyVees that dont want to be a WalMart.

We’ve had Starbucks in there for years, but now they have a Candy store, DSW shoe store, a mail bar also? It’s like a mini mall now. I guess I don’t know how those parts of the store enhance enhances my grocery shopping, but hey HyVee is still a good food store. They app knows where everything is and they have great in store help. Place was crowded. Had to wait awhile to check out with an actual person. I will check out myself if I only have a few items and no liquor. Since theyve remodeled some of the shelves are to high for me to get merchandise. I had looked all over the store for an employee and couldnt find one. Finally a manager came walking down my isle and I asked her to get them for me. What happened to the motto, Theres a helpful smile in every isle? I usually cant find anyone to help. Employees are friendly but rushed.

HyVee is generally good but has a habit of forgetting about which special they promised multiple times will always be available, specifically on Monday nights...and then isnt fairly often.

Eric in the meat department is amazing!! And their selection is on point. Keep it up!

Its Hy-Vee! Clean, organized store with a plethora of products! Great separate liquor section with a good variety of beers and decent wine and spirits. A decent natural foods sections as well.

Huge selection of anything you need at all times. Prices need to be lower, however. Got a very good price on a smoked ham for Easter dinner.

Great options, great employees. What more could you want?I could save a few dollars by going to Walmart. But, there are fewer employees, the quality is not the same and the people arent as vested as those at Hy-Vee.

Hyvee floral dept made beautiful floral bouquets for our wedding day. Jill came to the church to help get the pins on the guys and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

This hy-vee is clean and everyone has been friendly on all of our visits. Starbucks even had the pumpkin spice latte and was made perfectly. We live close and have never had any issues here.

This is a nice store, well stocked; but if youre worried about being exposed we to the novel corona virus, is steer clear. Most of the employees are wearing masks but less than half of the shoppers were. Crowds especially heavy on weekends and after 5 weekdays.

Hy-Vee is a regional grocery store chain which, similar to other regional chains, tend to source a good deal of locally produced products, brands, fresh proteins, dairy, and organics alongside nearly all nationally available and recognizable brands. Theyve done a fantastic job of amassing a selection of products that makes them a one-stop-shop for nearly all your day-to-day home consumables and they also pay attention to trends that often introduce novel or niche products not typically available from the large national chains. The only reservation I have that keeps me from rating at 5 stars is there are often shortages for popular products which leads to customer hoarding when resupplies arrive and compounds the problem further. One suggestion would be to ensure, via contract, the ability of suppliers to fulfill orders of magnitude beyond the initial volume originally agreed to. Honestly, Im just sick of seeing an empty freezer where the strawberry and pineapple outshine bars should be! Or, the Cotton Candy Bang back when that was huge 😂. Hey Hy-Vee: hire me and I can fix it (Im an IT Dude) 👍
