I have already forgot, horrible short term memory, what my sales consultants name was, however....wow, you talk about a great guy, helpful and wasnt even mad when I showed up after the store was closed. In my defense I was told the store closed at 7pm not 6pm, but none the less, he treated me like the store was not closed. My business will remain at the Duck Creek location from this day forward. Thank you so much for all the help, kindness, and even the up-sells that I didnt need.
I stopped in to get a new phone after being told it could be a 2 hour wait at another store. Brandon explained everything to me, it was fast and easy. Consider stopping here first, it was pretty painless.
My phone broke when I dropped it on a Sunday and when I looked online Sunday night, most locations were out of stock. I called Verizon Monday morning and they said Russell Cellular might have one. Got there 15 minutes before closing time and 45 minutes later left with my new phone all set up! Brandon, the sales associate was friendly, helpful and did a great job of getting me all set up!

Went in to buy a home charger and a car charger. Everything went great until my card was not accepted. He said it was a problem with their end.
I needed help upgrading my iPhone. Branfo suggested a time later in the afternoon when he could devote the necessary time. I returned and he worked through a variety of obstacles unique to my business situation and we were successful. What a pro!

Switched from sprint to verizon. spent 6 hours (not an exaggeration) in the store. Was not processed properly. Could not access the business site. Then got hit with late fee due to them not transferring all the phones from my personal verizon account. What a mess.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. Save yourself the trouble, DO NOT come here.Listen to the other reviews, they are not wrong. NOT a friendly store.Went in to this Verizon at Duck Creek to get SIM card assigned to an existing line on our account, with a brand new phone that was fully, 100% paid for at Best Buy. Best Buy NEVER went into my existing Verizon account. When I got home, got an email receipt detailing and confirming a brand NEW phone line/phone number had been assigned to me by the employee at this store. I went to another Verizon store to get this fixed, this time the corporate one on Elmore. They went into my account and explained to me that Verizon @ Duck Creek store gave me a SIM card using the wrong process in doing so, by adding a brand new phone number/line to my account instead of using the existing number and that I would start getting charged $20 a month if it was not disconnected immediately. Verizon on Elmore promptly fixed the issue by giving me a new SIM card using the correct process and called Verizon to disconnect service for the “new line.” Duck Creek store representative’s mistake, cost me 2 hrs to fix!I called today to POLITELY speak to the manager and explain what had happened yesterday and suggest her employee receive additional training. I was not upset, just wanted to share my experience. Prior this call, I had no intention of writing a review even after all the trouble caused by this store. After all, we all make mistakes. However, upon taking my call, this store manager immediately became agitated and began speaking over me, in a defensive and confrontational tone without actually listening to what I was saying, even rejecting the fact that I had received a receipt showing that her employee added a new number to my line. She said that it was “impossible” that I had a receipt from the transaction executed at her store. Customer service is about listening to your customers concerns not becoming argumentative, not speaking over them, not dismissing their concerns, or blaming others. Good customer service and management also acknowledges mistakes when they are made and takes responsibility for them without becoming argumentative, specially towards a reasonable and polite customer. This store lacks in all these areas.I drove to the store, showed her the receipt she claimed on the phone I never got, with her employees name, confirming the new phone number she added. Her response was that Best Buy must have done it to give me a promotion for the sale of the phone. I showed her my Best Buy receipt showing that we did NOT buy a phone under any promotion, that it was FULLY paid in cash at retail value.At this point I just left realizing that no matter what receipts I had on me, showing her employees mistake and other proof of her employee’s mistake, manager on site was not going to listen, not going to take any responsibility for the mistake, and point out the fact that my account was 3 days past due in front of another customer, when she was proven wrong. I forgot to pay my bill on time and that has now been taken care of. However, I did not deserve to be treated this way and have my concerns dismissed.Sad, because it was not even her mistake to begin with and I actually had planned to come in this week and buy multiple phone accessories for Christmas gifts to support this store. Not happening, not giving my business to a store that tries to intimidate and dismiss customers or that wants to sit there and argue senselessly instead of value my business as a Verizon customer for 10 yrs now. Taking my service to the bigger more experienced and VERY polite and FRIENDLY VERIZON corporate store on Elmore, which is not too far from this one anyways.

We went in to the Verizon store in the Duck Creek Plaza and said hello, it smells nice in here and we were not greeted, nor did anyone acknowledge us at all. We were the only two customers in there at the time. We went to Holly, the store manager and explained that we needed an affidavit form for our insurance claim. We felt uncomfortable and left the store after we said thank you and neither of the women in the store thanked us back. They again did not acknowledge or seem to care for our business. We will not be coming back to this store and it won’t be recommended to anyone.

Went in to get a SIM card for my tablet. Only one guy in the store who was helping someone. He asked if I could wait. Sure thing but come on. I wait 20 minutes listening to them chat about recipes and babies and complain about no cute phone cases before I ask how much longer and he says at least another 20 minutes. Would have been nice to know it was going to be likely an hour wait. Id have gone somewhere else immediately since the next store is less than 10 minutes away with 7-10 people working it. I was in and out of the other store in less than 5 minutes.
Showed up on Sunday at 11:30 am. Store says it opens at 11am. Dude shows up to open the store I thought at 11:45am. He shows up lets himself in does a couple quick things and then leaves again at 11:50 with out ever unlocking the store. If where my business dude would not have a job.

Got an LGV30 in the fall switched from my old Turbo 2 and was given an unsealed box missing headphones. The manager Robert that was working said, they must not come with headphones but after looking in the phone manual it there was stated there was indeed supposed to be headphones. Let that go but it was bothering. Jump forward a half year and Im trying to sell my old Turbo 2 and am told the phone has had an account tied to it this entire time. The manager input an old unused phone number of our acounts in to the deactivated phone making it unable to be activated by anyone else and putting it as activated in my account. Management either cant deliver proper goods or steals them for payed phone and activates extra numbers on accounts.

Stopped after work at Duck Creek Verizon, to buy a phone, says it was closed with this tacky sign, back in 10, at 6 oclock p.m in the prime of the evening, and is locked up.Guess Ill drive over to Elmore Verizon, and give them my business. Bet theres people there WORKING, who would want my business.

Offered no help to resolve issue because we did not purchase the VERIZON phone at this store. Smelled bad at store too. Could not help the customer before us either.
Horrible service. Was told they had a specific product. Told the lady upon entering the store what I was there for. I waited over an hour for my turn. Once it was my turn I was told they didnt have that product.
Broken phone, the service agent was not much help with my problems other then to tell me to send it in to the company office, she cant do anything about it, she just sells phones.
