Wow, did I love this place! I enjoyed all the selections to come up with my perfect ice cream. It was cool watching it all come together. The only thing I would improve is.offering more fresh fruits. I loved.the strawberry and mixed berries but some pineapple, bananas, peaches, etc. would have made it better.
This was interesting, never seen ice cream made this way. You get to choose from cream, yogurt or coconut milk bases. The ice cream its self was different than normal ice cream for sure. I would say its heavier and richer. A large was too much. Will definitely go back to try different flavors choices
My niece is gluten free and lactose free and j have a nut allergy. It is wonderful that you ha e options for her and we never have to worry about contamination when we are there because everything is kept so clean. The ice cream is so good and its fun watching it being made.
Stopped in to see the place while my wife was getting a coffee and decided I needed to try some. I ordered a small cup of coffee flavor without fixings (see picture) and really enjoyed it.The claim was that the flash freeze of the cream created smaller ice crystals and smoother ice cream and I have to agree that it was very smooth...almost like gelato.This place is definitely worth stopping by to give it a try!
We had a very disappointing experience here. I have very strict sugar needs I have to take into account for medication dosage. I was hopeful this place would have some better options for calculating- I was ready to skip it and not press my luck but when they sold me on fruit I was happy. None of their flavor options have sugar free options. They couldnt tell me the nutrition on the yogurt or cream so I went with coconut milk to stay safe. The fruit, however, was packed in syrup and I immediately could tell this when I took one bite. It was disgustingly sweet. I went back in to tell the employee that I think the strawberries were packed in sugar and she just blankly shrugged and was like yep. I didnt expect money back, but I think saying sorry would have been nice. The whole conversation on calculating added sugar was very clear. Frustrating and rude. I threw it away.

This was a fun treat. Staff friendly and very helpful. Interesting to watch our icecream and yogurt being made. Very creamy! Kinda expensive if you were taking a family. We had 2 small dishes with some add ons and it was over $11. But Id go back was a pleasant experience!
The menu is expansive and the ice cream is made to perfection the process to make it is done completely in front of you! They have very friendly staff as on my first visit they explained how their menu is and even gave me a couple suggestions. If you are an ice cream lover there is nowhere else to go besides N7 Ice Cream!
Just left N7 and got awesome ice cream but the absolutely worst service Ive been a customer to in quite a while. Eight employees (8!!) were working and three gentlemen eating when my husband and I went in. No smiles, welcomes, acknowledgment that we were there. No one spoke! The person mixing my ice cream didnt have her hair pulled back till after my ice cream was made. Another couple walked in and no one approached the counter to wait on them!! I thought they were going to leave!! Horrible, horrible service!!

The ice cream is amazing!But, dont go here if youre in a rush. The process takes a long time. So its a bit of a wait, even if theres only a few people in front of you.

Fun and amazing!Wife and I stopped in for a little treat after lunch and were very pleasantly surprised with the ice cream. When I say its smooth, I mean Ive never had ice cream this smooth before. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and explained everything. Our order was ready in 5 minutes (its worth the wait) and we were enjoying the smoothest, cleanest ice cream ever. Tasty too!
Loved the clouds of Nitrogen while they made my ice cream in front of me. Lots of options including seasonal flavors, mix ins, and a fun environment.I recomend anyone coming through or living in the area to try this place or come back out if it has been a minute. I know Ill be back soon if I come back through this way.
We go here once a week after dinner! Its amazing ice cream and so cool to watch them make it! Have to add marshmallow cream to anything you get. We try to get something different everything havent been disappointed yet!!!

I was here a few weeks ago and the concept is so cool I wanted to like this place so bad but unfortunately it was not a good experience. The ice cream was way overpriced to taste like garbage. Cookie dough tasted freezer burnt and the wait time was unbelievable (only one person making ice cream but 4 people were “working”) for the underwhelming experience. Don’t waste your time and money you want local ice cream go to Here’s the Scoop in the East Village worth the drive and the money!

Great and fun place to get ice cream. Can select your type between ice cream, yogurt, and coconut milk; then select your flavor, and finally your mix-ins/add-ons. You get to watch them make it in mixers using nitrogen too, which is kind of neat for kids.

One of my close friends used to work there. Still new to the neighborhood, so not everyone knows about it, but I love the ice cream and it is better than Whitey’s. Definitely different, but super cool! PLUS THEY MAKE IT IN FRONT OF YOU!!!👀
The ice cream was great, very smooth as advertised. The wait was not too long but we were the first customers.I have to address the negatives reviews of course, there are many saying that the staff is unprofessional and rude. I think that the stress of owning a new business is very heavy. Especially when it gets busy. The people working there are all fairly new, and the owner is often put in a position where they have to do everything. The first few months were probably pretty rocky, things have appeared to smooth out a little bit.The place is great and the owner is actively working to make it better. Highly recommend it, but remember that the staff are people too and think about how you would react in their position.
The best part of this pace is the number of options you have to customize your ice cream! Simple ingredients, awesome taste, and it was really convenient for my wife who is lactose free. Nice atmosphere and good location, definitely recommend.

Ice cream is mediocre, overpriced, and the lady serving us was not only RUDE but also impatient about how long it took me to choose what I wanted? Not to mention, she was sassy. I feel like the experience wouldve been so cool if she wouldnt have been so uptight. Like, cmon lady you have a pretty cool job! Youre here to make kids happy, not scare them away. Wear a mask too! If you cant do that much, at least wear a smule. Smh. Cmon people.

Walked in tonight and none of the staff were wearing masks. I was shocked to say the least. I should have left. The staff was not practicing social distancing either. The same person who was taking my money was the same person handling my cup. Not good. When asked why they weren’t wearing masks, one staff said he wasn’t worried about getting the disease, and another said wearing a mask made it too hard to talk. Please...get with the program.

It was ok...it was weird that there was 5 employees working and we waited 20 minutes for our order to be wrong and incomplete. I get its a new business but my first impression was that the employees are not trained properly or dont care about customer service being a priority. It wasnt even busy when we went. Just kind of lacking on personal skills and treated customers like they were annoying to help and heaven forbid they had to explain this concept to us. I dont get it, I think its a waste of time and money but it was something new to do.
Ice cream was super good. However, not pleased at all with the people. A very nice young girl took our order. When we first arrived she said it was possible to mix different flavors (but not all of them) - we asked if chocolate and peanut butter was an option to which an older (assuming manager or owner) chimes in (very rudely) saying “we don’t mix any flavors here”. Which is fine, but have your associates trained to know AND don’t be rude to customers. My boyfriend and I ordered an ice cream to share - a medium size - which I think is fairly normal. When we asked for an extra spoon the manager or owner again, rudely, stated “we normally don’t do that here”. What? People don’t share ice cream at noon on sundays?Bottom line, really good product, not so nice people. Not sure if we will be buying again.
Only one other customer in store, 4-5 staff members. Didn’t acknowledge me or anything, just stared at me whilst leaning on the counters having conversation. Left.
Went there on opening day. I gotta say it was pretty amazing. You can choose different base(milk, yogurt and coconut milk) add flavor and toppings you desire. They make it in front of you.Have lot of options! There were lot of staff which seemed overkill. Ice-cream was very smooth indeed.
The ice cream is OK.. What the problem with this place is that it took about an hour from ordering to being served. Some how people that came in after us were being served before us. We also witnessed the young girls making the ice cream taking cell phones out of their waist bands.. I assume they had no pockets. And showing them to their friends and then placing them back in their waist band (I hope pants).
I did not try anything here. My family and I walked in and all the workers were busy. They did greet us and told us they would be with us in a moment. Also, did I mention this is the FIRST time we have been here. Another family walked in behind us and went over to the counter where they were waited on before us. Even though we came in first and all three of th girls behind the counter saw this, they continued to wait on the other guests first. I will not try this place and I WILL NOT be back. HUGE CUSTOMER SERVICE DISAPPOINTMENT !
Excellent Ive cream that is very creamy. Service could be a little slow if its crowded due to the the time needed to make the Ive cream, but it is well work the wait. My son was fascinated by the vapor produced by the nitrogen process.
The ice cream is so good but both times I have been there the wait is really long and it’s been understaffed. Not sure if it’s the manager or owner but she is pretty rude. I told my friends about this place, they thought the ice cream was great but once again the service/manager was not good. Hoping this place lasts but they need to make some major changes, like not being rude to customers!

Pretty expensive for not much of a difference than regular ice cream or froyo... Dont get me wrong, it was good, but $6 for 8oz of yogurt with one topping is excessive. Also, they charge a fee for using a credit card but they dont tell you about this fee, nor do they have it posted anywhere that they charge this fee and on top of that youre expected to leave a tip. The place was uncomfortably loud and the non-broken tables were sticky. Nitrogen ice cream is pretty much just a gimmick, and I dont see us returning anytime soon.

Their hours are listed as open until 9 pm. They had their door locked at 8:47 pm. We were meeting people there and they got inside before us so they opened the door for us. We went to the counter to order and were rudely informed they were closed. I said, dont you stay open until 9? She said yes, it is. I said no its not, its 8:49. She went to her register and looked up the time she then said she would serve us after I told her we drive from IL to come there before 9. At this point the rest of my family walked out. I just said forget it. Sadly it was my daughters 20th birthday and this is one of the only non-dairy places available for ice cream in the QC area. I certainly hope that the owner or manager of this establishment is not the one who treated a party of six paying customers so rudely. If not fix your clock and fix your employees attitude. Wow!

Ice cream was good...embarrassing customer service. We did have the pleasure of listening to the staff read the bad Google reviews LOUDLY while we sat and ate, laughing all the while. Maybe I’ll be lucky and they’ll read mine for you on your future visit! OR, maybe they’ll figure out how to show up for work without being on their phones and eating ice cream on the clock?

I actually really enjoyed the ice cream, but there was a girl yesterday who literally stopped making our ice cream to text on her phone. She stopped everything she was doing and just started texting. So that was annoying.
This place is not gonna make it if they cant deliver better service. When you have 17 people waiting for ice cream orders and ONE person making the ice cream, thats a problem. I hate to see local businesses not do well, but customers arent going to wait 20-25 minutes or longer for an order. Sadly, we wont be back.
Soooo overhyped. The ice cream was ok. Nothing more. It took so long to get that I forgot what flavor I had even ordered. Who knows what the ice cream flavor was because there was more Heath bar hunks than ice cream in my bowl. The liquid nitrogen is a cute novelty and kids would love to watch this be made. But I dont think it adds anything special to the ice cream. It doesnt feel any creamier like they say.
