I called this place because of the good reviews. When I made the appointment, I was told when to expect the technician, that the technician would call me when he was close, and I was told the pricing structure for the visit/repair. Everything went perfectly and all my expectations were met and exceeded. The technician Jason was respectful, friendly, and efficient and explained everything to me; and he was able to fix the dryer on the spot. I had a very good first time experience with this company, and I would definitely recommend the service.

Amazing service by a very honest person. He saved us a lot of money by cleaning the igniters and replaced two of them instead of the whole set.He was very honest and did a great job.

Vladimir was awesome! He fixed our washer and dryer so efficiently. The spin cycle wasnt working so he unscrewed everything and retrieved a sock that had somehow gotten caught in the crevices. Our machine is now in perfectly working condition again. 🙌 Thank you Vladimir!

Vladimir came the next day after I called and repaired my Viking microwave quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and showed me what was wrong with it, he even found a brilliant solution for a minor mechanical issue that seemed to be impossible to fix, I really appreciated that.
