This place is pretty pricey so I’m a little surprised at how unpleasant the customer service was. Didn’t care about any of m needs. However, it has an extremely pretty layout and interior. Looks like it’s straight out of a magazine.

I bought BAMBOO sheets, a fitted sheet, pillow cases and a traditional duvet cover from Scandia Home and a) the service was ON POINT and b) the bamboo sheets made my 800 thread count sheets feel like sandpaper. I am not kidding. I spent a small fortune on bedding (like $2000 for one bed without the down comforter) and its absolutely worth it.

Terrible store with horrendous customer service. They trick people with false claims and certifications Don’t fall for it! And don’t work with Alim! She will treat you like dirt even if you spend thousands with the store. She’s a monster!
