Overall, the experience was good with purchasing our Q7. However, the car is not in the condition that they told us it is in.First of all, Greg said that since we we’re out of state, we can’t drive the car out of the lot ourselves, it would had to be delivered to us. (Now we know it’s not true)When we were going to proceed with the financing, we double checked if the car had minor but noticeable chips/scratches, they reassured us that it doesn’t and that they don’t sell cars in that kind of condition and they stand by their pride. We took their word for it.So when we finally get the car, we notice two noticeable chips in two places. The interior had spills and leaks on the second row. But what’s frustrating the most is that alignment is off! Now that it’s is raining here in Oregon I realized that the windshield wipers are horrible and need to be changed!I understand that the car is used, but they failed to tell us all of the things-actually reassured us of the exact opposite! I paid 50k for the car but now spending even more to fix all of those thing. I expected more from this “reputable” dealership. Would I send my friends or family to Audi of Beverly Hills? No.

I had done some comparison shopping and went to other Audi dealerships, I can confidently say that Audi Beverly Hills was way superior to the other Audi dealerships within a 15 mile radius. I am a first-time car owner, as I just moved to Los Angeles from NYC, and I needed a lot of education and assistance throughout the process. I had a negative experience at other Audi dealerships around LA, but this one (Fletcher Jones Audi Beverly Hills) was incredible!Farhad was incredibly professional, very knowledgable about the car and the process, and worked to help me find the exact car I wanted. He helped to educate me on the different options for buying vs. leasing, different payment plans and never pressured me. After a poor experience with my last car the manager Greg and sales associate Chris were exceptional. I got out of my lease after only one year with minimal pain and into a better vehicle in a matter of hours. It was unexpected in the best ways. The pricing, service abs advice were as good as it gets!

I called to ask about excessive oil consumption with my 2012 Audi A5. Im using well over a quart every 1000 miles. The service representative I spoke with said he had never heard of any problems with excessive oil consumption in A5s, and suggested a test. My concern that I expressed was that the car was getting older and I didnt want to spend a lot of money if this was a sign it was time to just replace the car. He again said they needed to run a full diagnostic and that it was not a known problem. So I made an appointment, and then did a little research. I found out that this was such a common problem that there was a class action suit against Audi for this exact issue, that I missed whatever the deadline was to qualify for this repair and that it was a $6,000++ expense. I called back to ask to speak with someone in service, and was told again they had no record of this being an issue and that it might just be bad information on the internet, and to just bring the car in for a $275 initial diagnostic and we can go from there. So, the car is no longer worth $6000, and I cant imagine an Audi dealership service dept not even knowing about this widespread flaw that ended in a class action suit. I cancelled my appointment before I end up down a very expensive rabbit hole.
Good experience and I got a chance to drive a hard to find Q8, though I think Im going to stick with the A8 its a great vehicle that I wouldnt be disappointed to have as an alternate.

I initially gave this dealership 5 stars after what I thought was a great experience. I am on my third lease with Audi, 9 years of loyalty, and I wasn’t sure I would renew the lease this time as I had a horrible experience on the previous one with a sales rep who has since been let go.I have now changed this to 1 star and would change to 0 if possible, will be my last lease with Audi. When I first came in, I was given 4 quotes by Hessam for 2 vehicles, each with a 36/42-month lease option. Both documents (I have photos) clearly stipulated 10,000m and Drive Off fee of $2,700. This was up from my last lease “Drive Off Fee” of $1,000 but I assumed it was due to inflation and the fact that I was getting a slightly more expensive vehicle this time. At no time did Hessam give me any indication (or explain any other costs) that this was not going to be the final cost I would pay on trading in my old vehicle, the very name “Drive Off Fee” seems to imply that it would be my only outlay – coupled with the fact that I had paid only $1,000 for this same fee, 3 years ago. Maybe he thought Shafiq (finance) would explain all of that as seems like a major component of his role but at no point did he explain any of the additional costs either. It wasn’t until I got home and had time to review all the costs that I realized something seemed off. My mistake was in handing over my credit card and signing for the fees which were not $2,700 as I had been quoted but closer to $4,000. I missed this as I was in the middle of my workday, trying to get this done and fielding work calls, plus I had already picked up one error when it appeared that Hessam had not communicated that the lease was to be for 36 months not 42 and Shafiq had to go get approval and redo the documents.When I realized that Id been overcharged and compared the documents to my previous lease which had included rebates and no lease set-up fee, I both called and emailed Shafiq asking for him to contact me to explain the issue. I finally received an email from him saying he hadn’t been able to contact me as he was getting an error message (strange since 4 others from the dealership had my number and had no issues in calling or texting me that day or any other day). I sent 2 subsequent emails which he ignored and then I started texting Hessam, asking him if he could help get Shafiq to respond to me. He assured me it could all be sorted out and I even went into the dealership with some other issues around the new car, only to be told that Shafiq wasn’t in, but they would have him call me. Hessam again assured me that it could be easily sorted which I took to mean that there had been an error, but I now believe meant that he didn’t want to get involved and was avoiding discussing it with me. 3 days and several texts later with no response but vague assurances from Hessam that he was here to help, Shafiq’s manager finally called me. She told me that the fee was correct and the reason it was so high was that things were different now and the previous rebates were no longer available, so I was paying more costs (to be clear, I fully understood that I would be paying the first month lease fee and DMV registration but again assumed that was included in the “Drive Off” fee because otherwise, it would surely have been mentioned??). If a customer only comes in every three years because that’s when their lease ends, and costs and rebates have changed and are no longer available, then shouldn’t that be mentioned and clearly outlined to the customer? If I had known that I could have made a more informed decision and I would have gone to BMW where I had a received a better offer (with all costs outlined). I chose to stick with Audi because Hessam seemed to really want to win my loyalty back after my previous bad experience. My mistake.Make no mistake, this dealership is in a very prestigious part of Los Angeles, but it operates as nothing better than a used car dealership with questionable practices and people.

After finding the Audi we wanted, the salesman sent us the cost of the vehicle - the actual window sticker. When we arrived only my husband was greeted I was ignored. We waited for the manager as despite having a midday appointment set the day prior- our salesman was not there.The car was exactly what we wanted and we were ready and qualified to buy it immediately.The manager then advised my husband that there was a $15K premium to buy the car because of the car shortage.Of course we found this totally unreasonable and would never have driven that distance knowing that.The manager then suggested leasing the car and showed us his “numbers”. My husband is a numbers guy and saw what the manager was doing - basically adding the $15K into the lease. Then he told us to “just do the lease for a month and buy it back as that was his insider tip for us”We thanked him for his time and left.Very arrogant- bait and switch - corrupt business model.AUDI - REALLY?

We just bought an Audi E-Tron Sportback from Danisa Nachtigall at Audi Beverly Hills last week. It’s my 2nd Audi from this dealership and I have to say that not only are the cars the best, the service is top notch. Denisa was super knowledgeable and really took the time to walk us through everything with the car. And she wasn’t at all pushy, we felt no pressure to buy that day. Such a nice change from the usual car buying experience!We were in a hurry, decided to buy the car but didn’t have time to do all the paperwork. Denisa arranged for the car to be brought to our house that night and we did all of the paperwork there.She then sent me a bunch of video tutorials to teach me all the extra car tricks. And invited me back to the dealership a few days later for a full on lesson. It’s my first electric car and I’m not very tech savvy so it’s a learning curve. She spent 45 mins with me going over everything in great detail and made sure that I got it all. What a great experience, I couldn’t recommend Denisa or Audi BH more highly.
We bought an Audi Q5 in July from Audi Beverly Hills and had a really great experience with the sales representative, Denisa Nachtigall. I visited today for A5 Cabriolet. Overall experience (test-drive etc.) was OK but eventually they did not honor corporate discounts even though I showed them the certificate from Audi. I had already mentioned about this discount to the representative who booked my appointment and he confirmed that they knew about it and I could check with the sales person for more details. He also mentioned about special Memorial Day discounts on top of it. I took a snapshot of Memorial Day promotions from their website and showed them also but it was of no use. No fault of the person who booked my appointment as he didnt deal with the sales part.Somehow they didnt want to honor anything basically. The reason that manager (Juan Maldonado) gave was that he did not want to give ANY discounts on this particular car. Its totally fine but it wasted my time. I would have visited some other dealer.

My 2016 Audi Q5 with 21,000 miles had a water pump leak... The dealer wanted $1700 to repair.... This is a brand new car and the water pump breaks down with these lo miles... When I asked the service team they smiled and said that AUDI parts break even at super low miles. Buyer beware when purchasing an AUDI... you will get crushed on parts and service repairs... I am going back to Lexus

Very good experience in finding the exact model I was looking for, they have huge inventory and can get just about anything in a 300 mile radius.I didnt make a move right away, but they were always patient, attentive, courteous, friendly and proactive. I did find the exact car I wanted, it was delivered to the house, the previous car was picked up and all end-of-lease issues were handled painlessly and easily outside in front of the house due to covid concerns, and that was it.Great followup too when I wanted something a couple days later - same great generous attitude.You know, I was wary of dealing with a Beverly Hills dealership because I might get lost among high-end customers who never worried about the sticker price or wanted to think it over like I do, or that the salespeople might be short or impatient with me... but I shopped around quite a bit and my best deal and my best response and people experience was with Audi Beverly Hills after all.

This review is after 2 years of initial review and this time I would give no star instead of 1 star. Now I remember why I gave these people 1 star not only their prices are higher than any other dealership the sales people are very rude and talk to the customers in a very very demeaning manners and have no peoples skills. Thats why for the past 2 times I didnt get my audi from this place and I would never ever go back to this dealership
I reached out to Audi Beverly Hills during the height of Audis E-Tron incentive months (April-May). They were basically grabbed like hot potatoes, nowhere to be found! After going over and ruling out every local San Diego based Audi dealerships. I decided to research for the largest Audi dealership by volume in CA. To my surprise I found Fletcher Jones Audi Beverly Hills to be the one. I was surprised because I had the pleasure of leasing a car from Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz 3 years earlier, so I knew I am in good hands. I just didnt know they can go that level!After searching for a specific E-Tron for about a month and almost giving up, I received a call from Audi Beverly Hills manager, Greg Arouchanov, who was able to fine me an E-Tron with the same color and options I was after. I couldnt believe it! Despite the fact, this car was so desirable and there were no incentives for Greg to work with me on the price. I was able to negotiate an amazing price and basically bought the car site un-seen same day over the phone! I had it delivered to me to San Diego for no extra charge or effort within couple of days.I have been leasing cars every 3 years for the last 15 years. I have to admit, the level of professionalism, kindness, and overall integrity I received from Greg and the Audi BH team is on a different level from anything I had experienced thus far! Here is another example, two weeks into driving the car, I discovered couple of paint defects on hard to spot areas. Worried, I reached out to Greg who immediately reassured me that this will be handled promptly with no issues or difficulties. Within couple of days Greg dispatched a truck to drop off a loaner car at my home and pick up my car for repair. Zero cost or effort on my part. The car was serviced and repaired within a week. Once completed a truck dropped of my car and picked up the loaner car within a day. Who does that?I have nothing but admiration and good words for Greg and the Audi BH team. If you are considering buying or leasing an Audi, look no further than Audi BH! You will receive the BEST price you can hope for. The best selection you can dream of, and the kindest and most professional service you can experience! Highly recommend A+++++!
Hands down the easiest car buying process Ive experienced. Steven and Jessica gave us a great deal on trading in our Q7 lease for the Etron and made the whole experience seamless. It was refreshing to not deal with pushy sales people. With the exception of the test drive, everything else was done electronically so I did not need to spend hours at the dealership. I testdrove with David who was very knowledgeable about the car and was very patient answering all my questions. Once I had decided on the car it was delivered by David to our home within a few hours. He took his time to give us a tutorial on the car and set us up with My Audi. Exceptional service thank you!

I typically dread the car buying experience due to the overall sales process and feeling as if my interests are not a priority. Jonas completely changed my experience. He was responsive, engaged, and always going the extra mile to make my buying experience what it should be, enjoyable. Speaking of going the extra mile, he even delivered the car to my house which to say the least, was more than a short drive. I have to say the professionalism and service was phenomenal. 6 out 5 stars. My salesman was Shafiq and his manager Greg help me with the process of picking out my first Audi (Q3). And they thoroughly answered all my questions. Ive been to other Audi dealerships, but by far Audi Beverly Hills was my favorite. Shafiq and Greg definitely played a huge part with their outstanding service. Its been almost close to a month, and Im in love with my car. Shafiq was kind enough to check up on me to see how the car is treating me. If you plan on getting an Audi ask for Shafiq, I grantee youll be leaving 100% satisfied.

Great dealership experience. Worked out the deal over the phone, went in to test drive the vehicle and worked out the paperwork within an hour or so.
Walked in off the street as the dealership was getting ready to close on a Friday night. I had been weighing my options on various high end SUV alternatives and wanted to take a look at the RSQ8. Farhad approached me - spent time with me - was in absolutely no rush - presented what he said was a fair offer on the price of the vehicle without much bickering. Agreed to move forward, but it was too late and they were unable to run credit and deal with the banks. I called Farhad first thing the next morning and said I had some buyers remorse and that I needed to shop around a little bit to ensure I received a fair deal. Without hesitation or hard selling he encouraged me to do so. I called 4 dealerships that all had similar vehicles and Beverly Hills Audi was at least as competitive, but I believe superior. Additionally, their inventory of choices was much better. Friendly and knowledgeable sales team - competitive pricing - and lots of choices made my experience a very favorable one. I would recommend ABH and even more specifically Farhad!!

My fiancée and I were recent customers of Audi of Beverly Hills. We purchased a 2021 Q8 with the assistance of Jonas Tunnell and Johanna Felchlin. I myself am particularly weary of conducting business at dealerships due to the lack of overall customer service and awareness of customer needs. Prior to visiting this dealership we have been to Audi Pacific, Volvo Cars South Bay and South Bay BMW. None of the aforementioned were even in comparison to the level of care given to us by the members of Audi of Beverly Hills. Jonas was extremely attentive in accommodating what we wanted and worked diligently to meet every one of our expectations both on product and price point. With both of us being members of the military we were enormously grateful with the end result. Johanna was absolutely remarkable in both craft and personality. We are proud to be part of the Audi family coming from both BMW and Mercedes. We look forward to driving our new vehicle and will absolutely be recommending this dealership to friends and family.
